“The 11th floor/Club level is where it’s at, folks. The lounge serves food twice a day and free beverages during happy hour and also accommodated me for a mimosa or two in the morning😉. “The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. ”

“Staff was good. Breakfast was funny how limited it was (cheap prepackaged muffins). But it was fine.
Room had some cleaning issues but they didn't really affect me. There were brown marks on a pillow and sheet. Could be something gross, or maybe chocolate muffin residue. But it certainly should not be there.”

“No staff at the front desk/lobby when we attempted to check in nor when we left in the morning (8:30). No way to get into the room because we later were told that "when you book with Expedia they dont send a "code to your room" which we didnt learn until we stood on a very dark stoop trying to get in. We eventually got into the building but then couldnt get into our room. Eventally we called the emergency number and we were given a code to get in. ”
