“The room was very clean and the property was too! The amenities are outstanding! It lives up to the Disney name. My one and only complaint is THE BED! It was so hard, my husband and I both didn’t sleep and ended up with terrible back pain.”

“The breakfast had subpar options. Only basics. The weight room that is photographed on the website is completely misleading. There was only a small room with no AC, a treadmill, and recumbent bike. There were many stragglers in the lobby and at the pool. Meaning they appeared to not be staying at the hotel, not freeloading off the amenities and this was allowed by the staff. We asked for a late checkout arrangement upon check in and was denied. would not recommend a stay here and would...
