“Check-in was easy; the lobby felt safe/secure; the staff was friendly and provided free water bottles. My only complaint is that we did not get to enjoy the pool, but at the same time I appreciate it was closed for cleaning, to ultimately benefit the health and safety of the guests. No pool is better than an unclean pool”

“Check in process was seamless. The only issue we had was the front desk hardly ever answered the phone. Also I had called down for a hairdryer at 8:30am was told housekeeping came in at 9:00am and they would send them up with one. At 9:45 am I called back and they “let them know” at that point. I waited another 45 minutes but then had to leave for my engagement and was unable to do my hair because I didn’t get the hair dryer in time. It took them over two hours to get me a hairdryer.
