The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. Bathrooms are thoughtfully prepared with bathroom essentials and hot water, making it easy to refresh after a long day out. The surrounding streets are walkable and lively, blending historic architecture with modern city life. Restaurants, cultural venues, and everyday conveniences are all within easy reach, making it simple to experience the city at your own pace. Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles. 2. Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1. 3. Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties. 4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb: For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.
#2E IMPORTANT: At the moment this unit does not have access to the condominium amenities. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We are pleased to inform you that our team will be available to assist you from 8:00 in the morning until 09:00 at night, aiming to address all your inquiries and needs efficiently.
