Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage - including a closet - create a restful retreat at the end of the day. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with hot water and a hair dryer, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

The kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals on your own schedule, whether it’s a relaxed breakfast at the dining table or a simple dinner after exploring Guadalajara. With a refrigerator, microwave, other gas stove, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a drip coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and a dining table, the space supports both quick bites and longer meals shared together.
Living & everyday comfort
Wifi keeps you connected for work or leisure, and a TV offers easy entertainment when you’re ready to slow down. Air conditioning helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. An iron is available for added convenience, and essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are included for your stay.
Access & building features
A private entrance - separate street or building entrance - allows you to come and go independently. The building includes an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide, making arrivals with luggage more manageable. Self check-in with a keypad gives you the flexibility to arrive on your own schedule. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - provide additional convenience for flexible travel plans.
Parking & safety
Free parking garage on premises and free street parking offer ease in a central city location. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are installed for added peace of mind.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:
All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.
It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.
2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:
Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.
Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.
3. Liability for damage:
Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!
Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.
Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
