Guest Access:

Our Check-In begins at 3:00 pm. We offer 100% autonomous access to the apartment, so you can check in at the time that works best for you. The Neighborhood:

Located at Av. Naciones Unidas 7880, this apartment is in a safe, modern area full of services. In addition, it is right next to Hospital Innovaré and very close to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and main roads, making it an ideal location for those seeking convenience and excellent mobility within Zapopan and Guadalajara.

The building is located in an area with excellent connectivity. Public transportation is available nearby, and apps like Uber or Didi are a convenient option for getting around the city. The Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is approximately 30 minutes away, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning of the apartment will be provided at a cost of $550 MXN. This includes general cleaning of the space, as well as a change of linens and towels. The date and time will be scheduled in advance with our team.
