Hotel con bar a Guaiba Island

“The accomodation was exactly as described. The staff was very friendly and supportive, breakfast well served and with variety ( my only recommendation here would be that, a label in english is placed in front of the items as many guests were foreigners).”

“This is a lovely small hotel. At first I thought I was missing out by not being in the town, but this was SOOO much better - quiet, beautiful, with hiking and beaches near by. They went out of their way to be helpful (rescuing me when I got lost on a hike). The only small suggestion I would make is that they should allow guests to fill up water bottle with their filtered water to save on unnecessarily using plastic bottles (or at least sell large bottles of water). ”

“The scenery is unmatched. The accommodation provides privacy and a quiet space. Every morning, I looked forward to waking up so that I could eat their amazing breakfast; everything was fresh: the fruits, the juices, etc. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the wifi did not reach our room. When we wanted to use the wifi, we would have to leave the room in order to get any decent signal. Overall we loved our stay.”

“personale non affabile. fanno pagare tutti i cosidetti extras. non esistono servizi accettabili, ti devi portare l' ombrellone dall' hotel fino alla spiaggia. non parlano una parola di inglese. hotel sporchissimo e personale, a tutti i livelli, non all' altezza si far rilassare gli ospiti e offrirgli un servizio degno del prezzo (caro) pagato. non ci tornero'.”
