We reported the issue to the hotel the following morning and provided photo evidence with timestamps, but the property refused to offer any refund or compensation.

“Had a really nice stay - very clean hotel and rooms - was upgraded to nice room at no cost, prices for pool restaurant were reasonable. The most amazing part of the stay was dinner with Anila - quite possibly the best meal my wife and I have ever had. What an experience. We will be back ASAP specifically for dinner with Anila!! My only 1 issue was the casino is attached to the hotel and although the hotel is non smoking, the casino smoke filters into the hotel - wish these were separate...

“Very friendly staff. When we needed anything it was available. nice perk on Wednesday night of nachos & sandwiches. Comfortable ! Close to a lot of restaurants & shopping ,movie theatres & museums. Breakfast good . Housekeeping was excellent . My only issue was the grounds needed picked up & pool area needed updated & Weeded. Uncomfortable pool chairs couldn’t lay on stomach. For me it was a good area close to my family”

“I didn't like the fact that the rooms were not ready during check-in. I believe about 20 people were waiting for their rooms, with about a 30-minute delay.
The furniture in the room had broken handles, which were okay, but it would have been nice to be able to open a drawer.
Other than that, I would stay there again. The staff and amenities were wonderful, and the best part was the links golf course.”
