“We absolutely loved the property, it was massive and decorated with Tuscan charm. It was exactly as pictured, and we adored everything about it. One drawback was the street to get into the courtyard was tight, and on a hill, but we managed just fine. The kitchen was huge and I wish we had time to cook a true Italian meal, but maybe next time! Definitely recommend.”

“Pros: Alles was goed voorbereid en ruim aanwezig. Keuken/kook benodigdheden, shampoos, fles wijn, fruitmandje met bananen en appels. Pro-actief en vriendelijk optreden van de host; zo werd verwarming aangezet bij minder goed weer. Cons: Niet van toepassing. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad.”

Serranda rotta e con le alte temperature non lo consiglio. Prezzo troppo alto. La posizione comoda per raggiungere l'ippodromo e 20 minuti dal centro. Non ci tornerei.”

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

“The flat is located 25 minutes from the central square. There's a market around the corner and coffee shop across the street. There was breakfast items for us for the first morning. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The patio area is very quaint. I highly recommend this place !”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.”
