“The staff were amazing. My company booked the hotel but didn’t account for the time change, but the front desk worked it all out and got us into our room with no problems. The outdoor pool is nice they have two which gives you options and access the beach below.”

“Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

“Everything i touched in the room felt wet even the bed sheets and blanket. The shower was supper small. For $225 i got the view of the parking lot from my room and when i added 1 more day it cost me $258. No bottled water in the room, you had to go to the coffee shop and pay $2-$4 for water. Breakfast for 1 person $38. It looked like you went back in time when you got to your room. I will never go back.”

“Weekend stay was impressive for providing family fun on many levels. We had three rooms. The various pools were well maintained with life guards. The pirate show was great entertainment for all. It exceeded expectations. The food was average at the show, but portions large. The grounds were well maintained with many flame trees and other flowering plants in bloom. Water features were everywhere and blended into the overall island atmosphere. The room was clean and modern. Everything worked...

“The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.”

“I asked for my room to be cleaned with new sheets in the morning. I came back after 5pm and nothing was done. Wifi was down”

“The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances.”

“It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.”

“The room was okay for the price. The hotel needs better plumbing. The toilet pressure was so weak. The bathroom sink was cracked and rusted. Tub is clogged. We were in a king size bed and the bed kept squeaking. Only thing new looked like the pillows. There was also a roach that showed up in our bathroom. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.”

“The staff and workers were great and very helpful. The air conditioning system was very good and the tv was working. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clean(birth room and shower)the bedding was trash. The room needs to be aired as it was so stuffy and damp. Parking was also great”

“オーシャンビューのお部屋にしましたが、部屋からの眺めがとても良かったです。プールは広く、スライダーもありました。すぐにビーチにもいけるので、海も楽しむことができました。”

“部屋の温度調節ができない。常に冷房が22℃に設定されており、寒くて不快。 ファンのオンオフだけ操作可能。ファンを切ると部屋中に水滴が現れ、電化製品がショートするのではないかという恐怖があったためファンはオンのまま過ごした。 二度とこのホテルに泊まることはないです。”
