“プールやプライベートビーチの雰囲気がとても良かった。スタッフも皆接しやすく良いです。子連れにも完璧でした！強いて言えば、小さい子供用のメニューがもう少しあると嬉しいです。蒸し野菜など、味付けが軽いものがあると助かりました！ ありがとうございました。”

“星野リゾートと名に惹かれて今回宿泊しましたが20年前にオンワードホテルの頃に泊まったことがありましたがプールも含め何も変わっていなく て⋯ それどころかビーチは工事中でジェットスキーが走っていて泳ぐには危なかったです。 夜のプールサイドでの無料のパーティーもポームページで見たものとは程遠い残念な感じでした。 子供さんがいるとこのホテルは良いかもですが大人（老夫婦）向けではないかもです。 唯一良かったのはプレミアムアウトレットまでの無料送迎バスがあったことです。これは毎日使いました。 それとロッテホテルのプールが利用できたことも良かったです。こちらはビーチもきれいでした。送迎があればもっと良かったのにと思いました。”

“I dont know wheather every room is in same sitiation, but MY ROOM is teribble. the room smells so bad with un-dry smell especially window (ocean) side and refrigerator box. even if i opened window and door for several hours the smell doesnt go away. other than that the hotel is basically ok. ”

“１部屋にベッドが4台あり、バス、トイレ、2か所、キッチンもありとてもゆったりと過ごせます ミニショップは飲み物、お菓子、パン、ラーメンの他揃っているので助かります 日本人の宿泊者は少ないですがホテルロードにあるので立地もいいです ３階建ての棟がいくつかあり、それぞれ駐車スペースから近く部屋まで長く歩かなくても済みます 部屋のTVがネットに繋がっていなかったのでフロントに連絡をするとすぐに担当の方が来てつないでくれました。対応も良かったです 新しいホテルもいいですが、グアムらしい昔ながらのホテルも気に入っています”

“The staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out it was a breeze. The only issue I had really was the electric water pot in the room was not working even after being replaced twice. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck (because the apparatus was old). Both issues were quickly addressed by the staff. The hallway was musty smelling but I chocked that up to being from the hurricane they just experienced.”
