“A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.”

“Liked the propert landscaping. Didn't like that the condo we stayed in was infested with large ants Told the guard at the gate about the ants and the condo was sprayed. Many ants died but when we left the infestation was worse than ever. Didn't like that there was no communication with management and the office was always closed. ”

“This hotel was a bit off the beaten track but its privacy was offset by it proximity to one of the greatest beaches and estuaries I have ever seen. The building was new, fastidiously clean, secure & cool (ie air conditioned.) The owner, Dan, was constantly available. The hotel's grocery store and restaurant were both only a few steps from the rooms and pool. All the members of the staff were committed to the comfort and satisfaction of the guests and went out of their ways to assure good service...

“Great overall just one really inconvenient thing was that for our 3 night stay we had to change room every single day which was a hassle and forced us to be at the property to do the moving every day at 1pm when we could have been at the beach or in town. ”

“Martha’s hotel is as advertised. Clean, very convenient to beaches (15 to 30min walk)and a few very good restaurants. I took kite surfing lessons at the closest beach and had a great time. Lidia, (hotel reception, maintenance, maid, chief cook and bottle wash), does an amazing job keeping the place spotless and guests organized. When I come back to the area, I’ll definitely stay again.”
