Appartamenti a Guidonia Montecelio

“We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

“It was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone when we were trying to check in and when we forgot codes. The staff was not answering our texts or calls ever. Our toilet was broken and not usable and when we asked someone to fix it they said they’ll come tomorrow but never did. We never had our room cleaned and to begin with it wasn’t clean to start. I would love to speak to someone about these problems more than just leaving a review. It was nothing like what I was expecting.”

“Communication was very good. Very helpful from the start to the end. Bedding was not clean and smelly. Didn't use the bathroom/shower. Toilet was clean and kitchen was decent. Otherwise all was okay.”

“Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. ”

“Appartamento per come da foto. Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Ci ritornerei”

“La camera ottima Location fantastica”

“Struttura posizionata zona centro a 300 metri stazione metro. Cortesia e pulizia eccellente”

“Amazing location: great neighborhood near most sites to visit (walking distance), nice breakfast and lunch places nearby, safe and quiet. The room was clean and it has everything I needed. I highly recommend this place.”

“Tudo limpo e organizado.

“Loved it! It was very clean and close to everything”
