Case in affitto a Villanova

“The apartment is on the edge of the restricted driving zone, in the historic part of Tivoli. As Canadians, it was very cool to stay right in an ancient city, where the past and the present co-exist. The bedroom and a bathroom are upstairs and there is a small kitchen, living room/dining room plus a second bathroom on the lower level. It was very spacious for just 2 people. We did find the stairs up to the bedroom (they are sort of circular) a bit tight - if you had poor vision or mobility...

“Liked how transit was close by. Amenities were as advertised. Although internet did not work properly until I myself discovered it was disconnected. AC was not working properly and did not seem like they were interested in trying to fix in person. They tried to troubleshoot with me remotely without success. Lucky we did not really need it. “We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. ”

“Caffarella Vacanze is very clean and comfortable. Access into the building and property is easy but secure. Be aware that parking is a challenge so take your time driving around the area to locate a spot. Grazie Simona. Jack and Becky.”

“Tipico casale di montagna immerso nel verde del parco dei castelli romani dotato di un grande giardino a prova di gatto in quanto recintato ad arte. Inoltre è presente un gattile esterno completamente recintato a parte comunicante con l'interno della villa adatto per gatti casalinghi. La villa è dotata di tutti i confort. Il silenzio che regna dona sonni rigeneranti e massimo relax. A due passi da Roma, posto adatto soprattutto per gli amanti della natura! Consiglio a tutti!”
