“This was honestly one of the most STRESSFUL & DISORGANIZED resort experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at TradeWinds RumFish to check-in & the line was so long it extended outside into the heat, & I stood there carrying my 3 yr old toddler for about 1.5 hours, only to finally be told my room still wasn’t ready. Staff told me I'd have to wait in line all over again b/c they couldn’t assign a room yet due to being overbooked. Security told me I couldn’t temporarily leave my car near the lobby b/c...

“Staff were super welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, but slightly dark as there wasn’t an overhead light (loads of lamps provided in the room though). Breakfast was amazing and the discounts to external excursions was super helpful!”

“This was a beautiful apartment complex , quiet and clean. The only disappointing part was that I stayed here on the weekend. I specifically stayed here for the pool and I was told at check in the pool was closed for the weekend. This was not posted or made aware of before or after booking. I had to purchase a day pass at another location. Could not connect to the wI-fi and my TV did not work properly so I couldn’t even watch tv either.
