Hotel a Gulf Coast

“Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother...

“We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a balcony over the harbor and the room was beautiful. The only complaint was the sofa sleeper bed felt like sleeping on plywood. We bought mattress topper at Walmart so our daughter would survive the remainder of the trip. The pool was nice and clean and had plenty of chairs available. “Historic building in a good location for exploring Marigny and Bywater, as well as the quarter. The biggest plus here is the staff, who were all so friendly and helpful! We had a large one bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet. It had a big comfortable sofa and a leftover kitchenette with a little sink. Given the setup, it would have been nice to have a microwave. Bathroom was remodeled and clean. WiFi and heating/cooling worked well. Complementary drinking water and coffee in the morning....
