“Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly.”

“Check in friendly & fast. This is a fairly new hotel about a block from the beach. We only stayed 1 night before our cruise. They offer cruise parking and a shuttle to port. We will definitely stay again for our next stay and our cruise out of Galveston”

“The room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room did have a kitchenette; if you are interested in an extended stay you can ask the front desk for cookware and they will have some available for a $50 deposit, which was promptly returned once our stay was over. The cleaning staff did a good job refreshing the room and were unobtrusive. I would highly recommend staying at this location and will do so myself on future trips to Houston.”

“La stanza pulita e nuova e ben accessoriata. unico dubbio e il wc e la doccia che sono chiuse da una piccola porta a vetri scorrevole. se non hai intimita diventa un problema perche non esiste privacy. hotel bellissimo. colazione completa e con super orari. ”

“Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect.”

“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“La stanza era molto grande e comoda, il bagno abbastanza grande e funzionale. La pulizia ottima. L’unico appunto che posso fare è che ho trovato un asciugamano bucato. La struttura ha un giardinetto interno che però, essendo inverno, non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. La posizione è centrale, appena fuori da Bourbon Street, ma tranquilla. Quindi tutto sommato un buon tre stelle, da consigliare senz’altro.”
