Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto. “Pool was not as clean as it should be for a property of this type. Pool water in the hot tub and main pool was cloudy and smelled dirty. Found several clumps of hair floating around in the water. Air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as it should. Room never cooled below 74 especially while sleeping. Room temperature is critical when spending several hours outside wagering on the horse races. Casino didn’t properly purify the air resulting in poor air quality for the gamblers. Didn’t offer...

“The service and staff are truly subpar. The rooms are a bit run down, I suppose from the barrage of casnio goers but at these prices and based on website research, I expected a higher standard and resort feel. The cleanliness theoughout was also an issue. The sheets are torn and were dirty and stained. Went through several towels too before I found one without large stains. The state of the rooms and surfaces not clean also gave me the ick feeling. I am familiar with the Landry's brand...

“We enjoyed our stay at Loews Hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, the valet and check in staff. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. Our room was cleaned daily.”

“We did not enjoy our stay here and will never stay here again. Checking in, we asked for maid service daily which we did not get. Half way through the first day, we realised that said service did not happen so we called down to the front desk and asked again. “The room was clean and spacious, bathroom the same way. It could have used some hooks to hang towels on in bathroom but other than that was perfect. The size of the hotel was perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was the smoking in the casino part. So I didn’t do much gambling. Will visit again for a little longer next time.”
