If you book after 1/1/26, the parking fee will be paid upon arrival. The fee is $40 per vehicle. You can have a max of two vehicles. **Note** If you booked prior to 1/1/26 and your stay is post 1/1/26, you paid the parking fee during booking. Your pass(es) will be available in the managers office on the first floor.

Wonderful top floor beachside condo located in a low density complex (48 units) and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and Sea N Suds. The master suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed (bathroom located in hallway) and the upstairs loft (separate mini split a/c unit) has one full size and two twin beds and is accessed using a spiral staircase.

Enjoy relaxing on your spacious private balcony and watch the seagulls play!

The beach, swimming pool and barbecue grills are just steps away from your front door which is also located close to the elevator. You can be on the beach in seconds. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the large private beach.

This unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are NOT allowed. Any evidence of pets or smoking will result in forfeiture of rent and/or eviction.

There is a keyless entry keypad. You will be given the code several days prior to arrival. There is a back-up key located on the wall in a seperate lock box. If that key is used, and is not replaced, a replacement fee will be assessed based on what the locksmith charges.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.
