Benvenuti in A Beach Life! Una splendida casa al mare con spazio per tutta la famiglia. Questo duplex di recente costruzione offre una buca per il fuoco in comune, una palla da pallavolo e una grande piscina. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto, la sala da pranzo ha sei posti a sedere, con posti a sedere aggiuntivi al bar. La cucina è decorata con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è completamente fornita per la vostra convenienza. Al piano superiore troverete una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice impilabili per il vostro uso.

Questa unità ha tre balconi e una veranda con una bella zona salotto, parcheggio coperto. Il piano inferiore ha una camera da letto e un bagno. Questa camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un balcone privato. Al piano superiore troverai il maestro con un bagno privato. Il Master è arredato con un letto king size, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un balcone privato. In fondo al corridoio c'è un'ulteriore camera da letto con due letti a castello. Ogni cuccetta inferiore è piena e ogni cuccetta superiore è un letto singolo. In questa stanza troverete anche una TV a schermo piatto, un bagno privato e un balcone privato.

Sei proprio nel centro della città con un breve tragitto in auto o a piedi da tutto, soprattutto dalla spiaggia! Sei situato in fondo alla strada dai migliori negozi di souvenir e deliziosi frutti di mare. Quindi vieni a rendere “A Beach Life” LA TUA vita da spiaggia!

Qualsiasi prenotazione effettuata prima del 1 ° ottobre per la stagione invernale (gennaio e febbraio) richiede un minimo di 60 giorni (due mesi). Le prenotazioni che non soddisfano questi criteri sono soggette a cancellazione da parte della direzione. Poole properties does not provide their guests with a hassle-free vacation. To check-in, guests must fight traffic to a remote location to pick up the keys and parking pass. Since we were a late check-in, our keys were left in an envelope on the front door of the property. Any thief could have taken our keys and parking pass. All of our stay our road was blocked by road construction. Poole properties failed to mention that. So our front porch view was nothing but road work. Poole properties does not provide 2 parking passes for a house that holds 10 people. They charged us for an additional parking pass. That is a low life scam in our eyes. They would only allow 2 vehicles on the property. The driveway could easily held 3 vehicles with plenty of extra room. Poole properties boasted that we would save money if we booked directly with them. Felt like they were trying to get us to cancel our reservation and short change VRBO. The ice maker in the fridge would clog every 3 hours. The fridge or freezer does not stay cold. Instead of replacing a fridge, they are aware it has a cooling problem. They just hope guess think it's their fault. They accomplish this by a snarky framed note on the fridge. Everyone in our group read it and laughed. All appliances are outdated in the kitchen. You can easily tell by the 1990s utensils and coffee maker. A simple Keurig coffee machine and a decent microwave would have gone a long way. Check-out was same as the check in.

Our families met in Gulf Shores to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our group. We had ample space, and were located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the backyard sand volleyball court and gas fire pit.

My girlfriend and our 4 friends all stayed here. Plenty of room, across from the beach with a liquor store in the middle. Great restaurants near by. The property was clean. Had a pool and beach volleyball. Just a great lovely time. I will look at booking here again for sure in the future

We stayed here this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it. You cannot beat the location. The place was clean. Could walk everywhere which we loved. Check in could be updated with adding keyless entry and use a code. They could give you a few more bath towels and dish cloths but not a biggie dollar general is right up the road. I would definitely come back and stay here.

The property was neat and clean and bright and cheerful. 4 decks, 2 of which had a view of the Ocean. There was a pool in the back and volleyball.

We had 3 adults and 7 newly graduated seniors. Location made it easy to walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Sand Volleyball area was a big hit. The townhouse was clean but just a little run down. The pool area was nice with cabanas and seating although we were usually the only ones there. If everything was booked probably could have been crowded. The downsides: the pool was pretty dirty, you need to bring everything (garbage bags, laundry soap, salt and pepper, etc). There was only one dish towel.

The condo was wonderful. Very well maintained and extremely clean. Could have used a few more dish towels. Great location to restaurants, the beach and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We had two families and the house was perfect! We had plenty of room! The walk to the beach is short. We had great waves and plenty of room on the beach for our teens to play games. We loved the sand volleyball court and swimming pool. We also loved that there are many restaurants and things to do that were within walking distance. We’ll be back!!! The Tea Family

The property looked exactly as pictured and is well kept. Conveniently located. A short walk to the beach, dining, shopping, and the Hangout. There is a pool on-site and sand volleyball. Property management very helpful and easy to contact.

We had a great stay at this property and the back hangout area was perfect! My boyfriend asked me to be his wife in the sand area by the fire pit! The rooms were all spacious for all 9 of us. We will definitely be back!

It’s one block off the main road and the view on one side of the house is a parking lot. But it was very enjoyable for us. About a quarter mile walk to the public beach entrance and they had chairs and umbrellas you could rent. Pool was very small and not clean.

We had 3 couples staying here and it was the perfect amount of space. (We even could have had more people and still been comfortable.) It was so nice to all have our own bedroom and bathroom and the price was so affordable for this awesome location. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We could also walk to restaurants, shops, the grocery store, and the liquor store. The house had everything we needed. We barely used the communal amenities, but they were all very nice and it was nice knowing they were there if we wanted to do something different than be at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location is great, so convenient to get to the beach and tons of restaurants. Grocery stores are just a short drive. The spacious bunk beds made traveling with kids easy, and the pool was a big hit! I cant wait to stay at this property again.

The property was beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our group of 5 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen/dining area was set up perfectly for our families to gather and spend time when we weren't at the beach. There weren't any beach towels but there were plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. The property was within walking distance to the beach, shopping, entertainment and dining. Plan on bringing your own laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels and extra TP. We would definitely stay again!
