Looking for an affordable beachfront vacation with incredible views? This Gulf Tower condo may be just the ticket!

The Gulf Tower in the heart of Gulf Shores and is a direct beach front conplex. It is convenient to everything this coastal town has to offer! Restaurants, shopping, bike & scooter rentals, water park, golf, outlet shopping, are all within minutes of this complex.

This cute, cozy and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will sleep 6 comfortably, with 4 in beds (king & twins) and 2 on the sleeper sofa.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need except your groceries. In fact, this unit provides everything except what you plan to eat, drink, and wear.

All units in this complex (except top floor) have spacious sunrooms rather than balconies. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom, which is equipped with large sliding windows that completely open-up this space to create your own private view of the Gulf of Mexico. There's even room in this sunroom/balcony area to lounge for hours and enjoy an incredible view.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has twin beds and shares a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

We're sure you'll enjoy this beach front condo so much that you'll be back again and again.

Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. 1 pre-paid parking pass is included with booking. Only 1 parking pass is allowed during peak season (March-August & Labor Day). Outside of peak season 1 additional pass may be purchased for $40.00.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Vacation getaway!!

Our stay at Gulf Tower was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. It literally has everything you need for a vacation getaway. The patio that overlooks the ocean and Pool was beautiful. That ocean breeze is like no other. We are so thankful we found this place and will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Scrub A Dub Dub

Needs updating no doubt which I can accept in an older property. The issue is this property stinks like cigarettes and is in need of a very deep cleaning. The floors, base boards, tubs, ceiling are black with filth. New cleaning crew is needed!! Ceiling fans are super noisy which is a problem because the bedrooms get hot at night. If we weren’t staying during a holiday, we would have requested a different property. Srub it down!!

Great views ...

Great views. I could just about overlook the age and upkeep of the property because of the great views of the beach. Still, I will note that there was some obvious cleaning that needed to happen (e.g., a used, empty water bottle on the floor) and deep cleaning that was needed (e.g., one of the twin beds was moved slightly, and there was old trash under the bed).

Great view but needs work

Amazing view of gulf, but the property needs deep cleaning and repairs. Some repairs could be done in a day. The questionable black mold in the master bedroom was my biggest complaint. Dirty walls and nasty floors. Wobbly chairs and table are minor fixes. I wish the room was cleaner for the price we paid is all.

Directly on the beach and close to everything you need

I have searched for beachfront properties where I could simply walk out on the beach! So many listings are deceptive and that was upsetting to me. This property has a balcony overlooking the ocean. You walk thru the pool area onto the beach! Groceries, souvenir shops, restaurants and even church are 3-5 min drive. Not super crowded on beach and more family friendly area in general.

So Perfect!!!

We stayed the weekend after labor day. Just a quick girls weekend to celebrate the end of summer one more time! This property was easy accessible, as described online, and we felt safe. It was just a few miles from the HANGOUT, popular restaurants, and shops. The absolute WINNER for this property is how close it is to the beach. Past the swimming pool, you literally have to walk maybe 10 feet to the umbrellas and chairs- and possibly that many more to the ocean. Not a big deal at all to run back to your condo to grab some lunch or something you forgot. Very affordable as well. The furnishings could use a little updating and also found some hairballs around the bottom of the toilet. A few of the dishes needed washing again but we figured that was due to lack of use. Overall, this was a great stay and a great property. I would gladly stay again and I do recommend it to anyone considering!

Overall great

The property is very nice along with always knowing your belongings are safe. The beach was disappointing they contract out chairs and umbrellas for guest well for people who bring there own stuff there is no room for a very good ways to setup. They put them right next to each other and right on the water. By law was suppose to be 30 feet back and spaced apart they did not follow. So for that reason next year we prolly choose a different condo.

Great spot for smaller groups

Overall the condo was as described. The only negative to our stay was the parking situation. Found out when we got there they only allowed 1 parking pass so we had to spend an additional $20 per night to park one of our cars at a nearby location. Overall the unit was quiet and the beach area was very well kept. Make sure to get chairs from Ike’s early if you plan to as they frequently run out because the beach area here is fairly small compared to bigger condos.

Condo was a nice place to stay..was uninformed about construction on one of the elevators..hearing a hammer drill every morning wasnt the most pleasant thing to hear..but overall was a nice place and stay

CONS: This condo was 40 years old. The pics are old ones that are listed on VRBO. Floors and ceilings were disgustingly dirty. Also only 1 patking pass allowed. Our other vehicle had to be parked down the road about a mile for $30 per day! PRO: location was great!

The view was great!, Pool was very clean. Close to lots of things to do. This is a smaller place with 49 condo's it is not overcrowded. They have security for the parking etc. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy your vacation. I also loved the balcony or sun room. you can open it up to see the beach and hear the waves or close it if it gets too cool. Bed was comfy. everything worked as it should.

Accommodating but dated

Clean, all appliances worked, closed off balcony was awesome, great views, quiet part of the beach, nice non heated pool, Waves market just a couple blocks down the road. Very dated apartment, fixtures, fans, furnishings, lights, outlets, all need replaced. Refrigerator sounds like a Blue Angel taking off. Was warned by a permanent resident that the only working elevator does get stuck between floors (never happened to us). The other elevator has been out of commission for a while we were told (they were working on it). If the owner would put some money into the place, it'd be a favorite.
