BELLA TRE CAMERE DA LETTO CONDO

Devi avere 25 anni per affittare questo appartamento. Questo impressionante tre camere da letto due bagni condominio ha un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale che ha una vista sul golfo. Camera arredata in stile tropicale, dove l'albero tema delle Palme inizia e un grande schermo piatto. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale splendidamente. Il tema palma continua in questa sala che include anche un televisore a schermo piatto, armadio, e bagno privato, in comune con la camera doppia. La terza camera ha due letti singoli in una stanza che è decorata con palme nobili. Questa stanza include anche un comò e un televisore a schermo piatto.

La cucina è appena prima la zona giorno con una splendida vista fuori dalla porta scorrevole in vetro. La cucina è dotata di tutti i grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici è necessario per fare un pasto fantastico. Il tema tropicale palma è proseguita nella zona giorno. Il soggiorno ha un divano in pelle scura e 4 sgabelli da bar. Un paio di sgabelli tirare fino al bancone e gli altri due si trovano in un tavolo da bistrò.

La zona giorno ha un grande schermo piatto e l'accesso al balcone. La vista è incredibile dal sesto piano è mozzafiato e si può godere a tavola o in una delle sedie sul balcone. I servizi delle Indie includono 2 piscine, due palestre e una terrazza sul tetto e vi faranno tornare ogni anno.

Un GRC (Certificato di registrazione degli ospiti) è incluso nel prezzo. Se hai bisogno di un secondo puoi acquistarlo dalla guardia.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo, plenty of space for our family. Beautiful view! Kids enjoyed the pool. Had a few little problems but things got handled fairly quickly. Love the less crowded area of Fort Morgan!

We had a great time, the condo was amazing and very spacious for 6 of us. Only hiccup we had is we were not aware that trailers are not allowed on property. I didn’t see anywhere in my signed contract that they weren’t allowed. We were informed, after pulling a 4x8 uhaul trailer from Texas all the way to Alabama that it can’t be parked on the property so we had to scramble to figure out what to do since we were there for 1 week. On the other hand, the security guards for the property were amazing and helped us out to the best of their ability.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the staff at sunset properties. The staff was amazing and easy to communicate with and so accommodating. The property was spotless, had everything we needed and breathtaking! Thank you again for a memorable visit!

I will not be returning to this property, a hurricane hit the third day of our vacation and we lost all power. Also rain blew in the front door and soaked the floor. We had to leave early and were refused any money back from a ruined vacation.

We loved our stay at this property! It was clean and had very nice furnishings. Beds were comfy and it provided the essentials for our stay. The view from the balcony was great. Our family of 5 enjoyed dinner on the balcony every evening. An added bonus was the spectacular sunset view of the bay area on the front side of the building. The best part was how close we were to the beach. It was an easy walk. We were able to easily tote all our beach gear with us for a day at the beach. If you like a little more relaxed location then this is perfect. It is about a 30 minute drive to get to a grocery store or activities in gulf shores but it is an easy drive. We preferred being away from all the busyness of Gulf Shores. If you are concerned with social distancing but still want to vacation, this is a perfect spot. The beach was not overly crowded. Would definitely book again next time we visit the area. **During our stay there was construction going on at the property. It did not really affect our stay in any way. Pool was open in the evening but we didn't attempt to use it. The roof top patio was closed. I am sure this was a spot we would have used but we were still able to enjoy our personal balcony. During the day we were out at the beach so construction noise was not really an issue.

Beautiful super clean accommodations. Staff/Owners very helpful with any questions. Location and price right on target. Beach was clean and within walking distance. Loved it. Will definitely choose this location again. Thank you.

The unit was nicely decorated and clean. Weather was good most of the stay. A bit cold, so we would have liked to enjoy the hot tub, however, We couldn't because children under the age of 14 are not allowed in it. Had we known that, we would have gone somewhere else. Pool water was to cold to enjoy. Need to fix the rotted table legs on the balcony. Only a 4 because of the HOA restrictions on the hot tub. I would stay here again in warmer weather. Wouldnt stay again in cooler months.

Everything was great! The condo was awesome as were the views.Staff was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and well stocked. We would recommend as the price was affordable.
