You will be within walking distance of top restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning city views that make every stay unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in beautiful views of Gulf Shores. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to the 7th-floor hospitality area with games, space to relax, or the perfect spot to watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.\

Perfect Family Vacation

Great property and location

We had a very enjoyable stay at Gulf Place. Check in and out instructions were very clear. Property was very nice and in a central location. The beach was only steps away, and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax.

End of Summer vacation

Brought the whole family to the beach. loved the unit, great location, near shops, beautiful beach, security onsite. great beds. parking is off site but was not a problem, even with elderly and small children. We would stay here again.

Gulf Shores Gem

This property was perfect for a family vacation with teens. Right in the heart of Gulf Shores, right on the beach, very nice pool, and walking distance to everything. The only time we used our car was to go to the grocery on the first morning of our stay. Everything was clean and comfy also. When we come back to Gulf Shores we will stay here.

Overall, things were fine. It was hard to control the temp, The whole area was too cold for me. The 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and a pull out was very uncomfortable for 3 17-19yr old teens.. One wall plug in at the end of the hall is loose from the wall.

Absolutely Stunning Rental!

We loved our time in this Beautiful condo! It was exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, and very accommodating. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and right on the beach. We loved everything about this rental and definitely recommend others to try! The only thing we didn't know was that part of the beach doesn't allow you to put up a tent.... only beach umbrellas. Just a heads up.

Mixed reviews

Admin was very kind and available by phone for any questions. Place was super clean and had plenty of linens, washer and dryer great for beach stay. Single code for everything made easier than keeping up with key. Very close walking distance to beachfront. Upstairs gameroom and pool kept kids busy. There is a security guard from 2-12 in the building, Joe was very nice and helpful as well. That said, the negatives are 1.) PARTY AREA VERY NOISY AT NIGHT TILL AT LEAST MIDNIGHT and I mean horns honking and people yelling and car stereos and music; great for young folks but if you want rest in the evening the 4 story building puts you in the middle of the busy night life so this may not be your cup of tea...we were not thrilled to be kept up so late every night. Memorial Day weekend partiers, can imagine the Music Festival the weekend before was worse lol 2.) BRING EXTRAS or go to the Dollar General down the street for toilet paper and trash bags. We were disappointed to find that each bathroom had only 1 roll/on the roll, of toilet paper!!! In a place that sleeps 8 ?!? Needless to say, we bought supplies at Dollar General. Nice place and located within walking distance of restaurants, beach, dollar general and parking; for the price per night would like to have gotten more sleep on vacation but overall well kept facility.

Great location for being in the hustle and bustle

We had a wonderful time on this vacation. The condo was amazing and words do not do justice to the scene from the rooftop pool - breathtaking. We were within walking distance to so many restaurants. It was a little loud, being right on the main drag, but we preferred the location. The beach was right in the backyard. Would definitely recommend staying here again, and we hope to stay again!

Hard to find several things broke

It is difficult to find the property. There was no carts for you to load your stuff on it before and after. The property is beautiful, not sure of how well it was cleaned since we found trash beside toilet when we got there.

A Comfortable Two Weeks

We loved our stay at Gulf Place! It's a smaller building so the pool was never too crowded even though we were there Labor Day weekend. The place was so clean and well decorated, just gorgeous! I would highly recommend!

Our condo was exactly what we expected and there was plenty of room for our family of 9. The management company was very helpful and the condo was as Beautiful as the location!
