Enjoy a luxurious and relaxing stay at Gulf Place 504, perfectly located in the heart of Gulf Shores right next to The Hangout. You will be within walking distance of top restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning city views that make every stay unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in beautiful views of Gulf Shores. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas, and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to the 7th-floor hospitality area with games, space to relax, or the perfect spot to watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.\

Family Fun 25'

Grandchildren connect the dots from generation to generation and we were so thankful to have our grown kids and grandbabies with us for a FUN and memorable vacation. The place was absolutely perfect for family time and fun. Thank you for providing a place for families.

Family Trip

Ideal location for restaurants and shopping. Spacious room for 8. We plan to book again. Hotel construction across the street started at 6am. Noisy street racers but quiet after 10pm.

Beautiful property nice location

This condo was very nice and spacious we stayed with 8 people plenty of room. Also traveled with people who are elderly and this location worked great. Only negative is that if you are looking to put up a Tent you do have to walk down the beach some but there are chairs for rent at the beach, the security guard/ employees was incredibly lazy like couldn’t even hold the door open for you lazy, and we could have used a few more amenities like extra blankets a few more kitchen staples. The parking isn’t exactly on site but was actually convenient and they had a great set up for loading and unloading.

Great place, Great Location

The Place is awesome! Close to everything you want for a vacation. The beach is fantastic top 10 for the US. Directions for checking could be a little clearer. everything went fine just a little confusing on where and what. Parking although a walk was great because you don't have to look for parking anytime you leave and come back. The only real issue was cleanliness. Both tile showers had black colored mold running along the bottom of the shower pan in the grout area's. We went to Walmart and picked up some bleach cleaner and cleaned the showers before anyone could use them. Two in my party have asthma. Mold is a bad thing for anyone. The cleaning company should be notified and check for such things. Besides that it was a great place and our entire family really enjoyed our stay.

Gulf Shores 2022

This place was absolutely great! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Gulf Shores. I thought being in the middle of town where all the action was it would be loud and too much going on. We really enjoyed the location and being so close to shops and restaurants. The security staff was amazing and Betsy in the office was very accommodating and great to communicate with.

Great Modern Property!

Location and amenities are a 10! Perfect spot to walk around, enjoy the beach, dine, and relax in the beautiful roof top pool. Property was well equipped and everything very high quality. We also have a baby and had no concerns with safety which was a plus!

Wonderful stay

The property is located in a perfect spot, we only used our car once to go get a few things at the grocery store. The size of the condo is wonderful and spacious and the rooftop pool is amazing! All the beds were super comfortable, we never had to wait on an elevator- and we were stows to the beach or restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay here again

First impression when entering - Wow!

The location was great for walking without always having to move car. View from condo was spectacular especially for 86 year old mother who enjoyed staying in more and just gazing at the beautiful gulf. Pool area was awesome. Probably the largest and nicest place we've ever stayed.

Great condo!

The condo was nice. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival. The only negative is the parking is not at the condo, making it difficult when you have small children. Luckily it’s not far and we just waited on the husbands to run get the car and bring it back. Traffic is a little noisey especially at night with all the vehicles that feel the need to have pipes, due to being right on the main highway. But again wouldn’t be a big deal if you didn’t have young children. Having the extra bedroom with the three smaller beds is great though for having children. Really liked that all three rooms had king size beds. We had three separate couples, so 6 adults and 5 children that stayed and everyone was very comfortable and felt like we had plenty of room! Location is great if you want to be all in the middle of the action. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants!
