Beach Area Condo, 2bed-2bath, Seabreeze 309

Questo condominio sulla spiaggia è conveniente e rilassante. Il condominio non è di fronte alla spiaggia ma è possibile vedere la spiaggia in lontananza e annusare la brezza dell'oceano dalla porta principale. Il condominio può ospitare 5-6 persone, la camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto a castello con un letto matrimoniale nella parte inferiore e un letto singolo nella parte superiore, c'è anche un letto extra pieghevole con materasso doppio sotto la cuccetta inferiore. L'età minima per il noleggio è di 24 anni.
Il condominio si trova dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia a circa cento metri di distanza. Abbiamo eliminato l'accesso alla spiaggia con i nostri vicini dall'altra parte della strada. Ti condurrà alle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca e all'acqua verde smeraldo per cui le coste del Golfo sono famose!
Dalle camere da letto ci sono viste sulla piccola laguna. Il condominio si trova a un miglio dal centro di Gulf Shores ea pochi minuti da tutto ciò che Gulf Shores ha da offrire: parco acquatico, golf, porticciolo per la pesca d'altura, shopping presso il outlet di Tanger, ecc.

La cucina è completa di lavastoviglie, forno full size, frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra comodità. L'accesso a Internet WiFi è a tua disposizione, gratuitamente. Ci sono TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto con cavo DISH.
Uno dei terreni di proprietà ci sono 4 griglie a carbone che circondano un grande gazebo ombreggiato con tavoli e panche da giardino, perfetto per riunioni di famiglia. La grande piscina circolare e il gazebo sono i punti focali del complesso cortile.
Il nostro condominio viene fornito con un posto auto riservato. Se hai due auto ci sono parcheggi senza prenotazione ma sono limitati.

It worked, but not ideal for the cost!

Staying on the 3rd floor and elevators didn't work when we arrived. Unit is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures online - the unit sleeps 6 and the family room only has seating for 4 people. The beach access is not close to the property and no directions of how to get to the access. We had friends staying in 4 other units and they all had bats in their rooms, so obviously we were stressed about bats the whole time. The parking is not ideal, as fitting 2 cars into a TINY space along with another units cars was a TIGHT squeeze.

Perfect for weekend getaway

This little condo was perfect for our small group for a weekend trip. The place was clean and comfortable. Supplies were easy to find. The host clearly explained what was provided, which was very helpful. We did bring extra of what we thought we would need. The community was well kept and neighbors very friendly. Beach access was a quick 5 minute walk and very convenient.

The small bath is a nightmare. The pots and pans are horrible and need to be replaced. The coffee maker is horrendous. We went and purchased a coffee maker to use while there. The light above the dining table didn’t work. This unit needs attention.

Good place to lay your head

If you're looking for a place to go to sleep during your stay at an affordable rate, this is it. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in at a vacation rental. Its also pretty close to the main strip where all the shops and restaurants are. The rental itself was nice and clean. The key box was tricky. Needs replaced. The complex was a bit dated & run down. The parking spaces are super tight to squeeze into for a larger car. The elevator closest to our parking spot kinda broke down while we were on it. It was very jerky and started coming to a jolting stop at every floor despite us being on the 3rd floor and no one else trying to catch the elevator. We decided to just use the stairs the rest of the time. There is an elevator on the other side of the complex that seemed to work ok if you do not have the ability to use the stairs (we used it to take the cart down to load our car at the end of our stay). The listing also should be updated with a photo of the beach access from the beach side... We got coffee one morning at the shop above Pier 33 grocery and thought we would just walk down the beach & exit at our resort. Unfortunately it's not marked for Seabreeze & all other beach access points are PRIVATE with a key code & hence we were unable to exit the beach until we found a public exit quite a way down. Still, I would say our experience at this rental was good for the price so I still gave the property a good rating. Just a few points for future renters.

Beach vacation

We went to an out of town wedding and decided to make a long weekend out of it. The condo surrounds a beautiful swimming pool. Right across the street is the beach and we could see it in the distance behind the buildings across the street. The pathway to the beach was a block over. This was a residential district with a party store three blocks away and a great restaurant a 15-minute walk down the street. We did have to use the car! It was a great trip.

Great rental!

Great location just a short walk from the beach. Loved that bedrooms were in backside so you couldn't hear people walking past your place. Plenty of covers and pillows. Nicely stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for four people. Very respndiveOwners bro

Not a kid-friendly place to stay. People complained we were too loud when we weren’t. Pool had people making out in it most of the time. If kids were in it the adults glared at them with mean looks. Room had a towel bar in the bathroom that was broken. The other bathroom sink had a broken stopper that needed fixed.

It was okay

The property was nice. It could have been cleaner. There were dark, curly hairs in our folded towels (we are all blondes). There was a neighbor that lives there full time that insisted on smoking just outside his door rather than walking down to the smoking area that was annoying. The pool was clean. Parking spots were very tight for a truck. Location was pretty good with a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a good deal for location.

Family vacation

This was a nice family getaway for our family. We enjoyed our time together at this condo and beach. This condo is nicely located around a lot of eateries, shops and entertainment venues. The condo was clean and I loved that there were carts available at the elevator to help with luggage. There are also outdoor showers to wash off the sand from the beach, located by the pool area.

Spring Break Baseball

My son and I stayed during Spring Break while he played in a baseball tournament. This condo had everything we needed. The place was clean, well equipped and I love all the snowbirds who made us feel welcome. Will certainly consider staying here again next year!!

Overnight stay

We were there just for overnight. The beds were comfortable and the condo was easy to access. We had a couple of family members come play cards and the dining room table was nice for that. We were surprised there weren't any coffee filters, but that was the only thing that was lacking. We really appreciated the carts to put our luggage on to get to the unit. We loved this place:)

Just What We Needed

My sister and I decided to make a quick sisters' trip to explore the Gulf Shores area. We were looking for clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly lodging. This is a well-maintained older property with comfortable furnishings. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries we made. We truly enjoyed our stay.
