Il Beach Club Catalina 101, un appartamento di lusso con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completamente ristrutturato, ti aspetta per farti godere la tua famiglia! Nessun problema per raggiungere la spiaggia e le piscine, basta uscire dalla tua porta sul retro! Goditi il "tuo patio esteso" nella zona erbosa per giocare. Nessuna attesa per l'ascensore o per il trasporto di attrezzature lungo i corridoi.

Il nuovo granito è stato installato in cucina e nei bagni con tutti i nuovi rubinetti e lavelli. Il condominio era dipinto di fresco e elegantemente, complimentandosi con l'arredamento, l'arredamento e la biancheria da letto casual, arredati di recente. Tutti i materassi e le lenzuola sono stati sostituiti solo per il vostro comfort!

La disposizione dei letti è king master con un bagno annesso privato, ospite regina con un bagno privato, e un divano letto doppio con letto a rotelle che pu�� ospitare 2 e si trova di fronte al bagno sala. Il divano componibile ha un letto per dormire. Il condominio dorme 6 a letto e 2 sul divano. Tutti i letti sono fatti e un set di biancheria viene fornito per il divano. Viene fornita una grande quantit�� di biancheria da bagno.

Il patio è molto appartato, ma è possibile vedere il Golfo dagli alti mobili del patio, oltre a un facile accesso al lungomare, piscina e vasca idromassaggio!

Il proprietario è un membro del Club e si applicano tariffe giornaliere per l'uso facoltativo del Club dei servizi privati. Senza pagare una tariffa giornaliera avrai comunque accesso alle piscine e alle vasche idromassaggio ai piedi di ognuna delle quattro torri e potrai proteggere il ristorante e il salone della club house, oltre ai ristoranti e ai negozi nell'area di ingresso del resort . La tariffa giornaliera è di circa $ 45. 00 al giorno per tutti i componenti del gruppo, non a persona, ma in base al numero di giorni utilizzati e pagabili direttamente al banco del club. I servizi privati includono piscina coperta, centro fitness, sala giochi, lussuosi spogliatoi con saune, piscina all'aperto con un tiki bar e grill stagionalmente.

Il Beach Club è una propriet��� straordinaria! Abbiamo apprezzato le quattro piscine e vasche idromassaggio. La proprietà era tenuta molto pulita. Ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri lasciando i nostri bambini più grandi a camminare in tutta la proprietà e la spiaggia da soli.

101C è stato un grande condominio per la nostra famiglia! Il piano terra era perfetto! Quando tornavamo dalla spiaggia, potevamo lasciare tutti i nostri giocattoli e sedie di sabbia sul patio senza trascinarli attraverso il condominio. Ci��� ha anche permesso più spazio per i nostri bambini più piccoli a giocare fuori. L'unità finale era carina perché non c'era molto traffico pedonale. I letti erano comodi e c'erano molti asciugamani per una famiglia di sei persone. Nel complesso, questa proprietà e l'appartamento era meraviglioso. Ci torneremmo sicuramente al Beach Club! L'appartamento era fantastico! Sulla base della posizione fuori sulla propriet����, ci torneremmo in questo condominio.

Great stay

Family of 16 rented 3 fround floor units for the week. This one was, by far, the most nicely furnished. Great location next to boardwalk. Noisy neighbors but great time onnthe beach and at the market and food trucks. Definitely will do this again.

Wonderful vacation in very high quality accommodations!

New renovation was great- very very clean- loved the first floor location for our family. Very close to the main pool, our building pool, and access to beach! Property manager was right on top of things, although we didn't have any issues! Highly recommend

Great location

We loved the location. The unit was perfect for 6 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our only issues was that the grill is not near the unit and it would be a hassle to use, so just don't plan to grill. Also the blue chairs shown on the patio are not there anymore. Again you can not get a better location we could sit at the table and watch the kids in the pool and right on the board walk to the beach where you can find all kinds of activities including parasailing. Highly recommend

Unit location is perfect!!

We had an amazing trip to Fort Morgan, Alabama, and were very pleased with our stay at the condo! The corner first floor unit was a real highlight, offering easy access to the beach, main pool, and our unit pool. The pools were fantastic, and the spa was absolutely awesome – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again. Just a heads up for future travelers – it's HOT in August, so be prepared!

Good solid accommodations

Everything was generally good. We did have an issue with dining room light, but was fixed quickly. Some dishes weren't clean and there were little black 1/2" long bugs inside.

Ground floor convenience

The location on the ground floor is great. The condo could benefit from some new upgrades like new cooking utensils and pans. Some of the utensils and pans were not clean. The trash is right outside the front door and sometimes the odor and gnats were really bad. The odor ends up in the condo. The condo is spacious and furnishings are comfortable. The beach is a bit crowded. We reserved chairs for our stay through the chair rental company on the beach and were told they would put us on the front row. They did not. The second and third row of chairs don’t get the nice breeze like the first row. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Tried to notify realtor about issies

Tried to notify realtor about a few issues but never got her. I’ll go through spectrum next time they are on premise and have rarely had issues not resolved. This unit was good but not great. We tried to report marks, stains, microwave not working, and a few other things but never got realtor we are not upset just a bit aggravating.

Perfect condo!

This was the perfect condo for my little family- right next to pool and on the beach. The manager was easily accessible and responded quickly to the couple questions we had. Will definitely be staying here again!

Property is full of bugs and shy of being filthy

We love the Beach Club and are no strangers to the area after vacationing in the area for 30+ years. The unit manager Pam Martin did not respond to a single inquiry or concern. There are nats in the unit and lots of bugs we've not seen before. They got in our luggage and food and it was a battle to protect our items, unfortunately. The unit is filthy and if I were the owner and she was managing my property is be pissed! The furniture, floors, etc are dirty and moldy. The sliding door is full of grass and debris. The location of the unit is perfect for beach and pool and the staff are wonderful. This is not a good unit for a family and other than putting new sheets on a bed we were disgusted and paid to have it recleaned and the bugs were continuous. The realtor did communicate when she wanted more funds for add-in parking and it was paid. But her phone stopped working when we were not happy and needed her to come to see the unit's filth. No response. Do not stay here or use Pam Martin or her team. There is also other damage in the unit from abuse. We want to speak to someone and do not feel we got what we paid for!

Thoroughly impressed

I booked this condo based solely upon the online reviews and was thoroughly impressed at how accurate they turned out to be. Being able to walk out the back door and be just steps from two pools as well as the beach was so awesome. Plus, the unit is so closely located to the front parking lot that it was a breeze to get to our vehicles when we ventured out. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in each room. Plenty of storage. The bathrooms were very clean and also had ample storage space. The only complaint I have is there were just four washcloths and four towels in each bathroom, which proved to be not enough for my family of seven. I'd bring more of my own next time to avoid having to do multiple loads of towels. Additionally, for future visits to this unit, I will bring my own hand soap for each bathroom since what was provided didn't lather well. The kitchen is very nice. I liked all the appliances and found them easy to use. There's plenty of dishes, cookware, cups and glasses. The only food items in the kitchen when we arrived was a jar of Karo syrup and salt and pepper so I'm glad I was able to have groceries delivered the morning after we checked in. The ice maker was slow, but there were two machines close by from which we purchased ice to supplement. Internet connection was spotty most of the time, but was likely due to weather. We relied on our data plan for our phones and used it to hot spot for the TVs.

Family weekend vacation

It was a very nice bottom corner floor close to the beach . We took our handicap sister and it was perfect for her .. Nice restaurant on site and the Village is a fun family friendly area within walking distance from condo. The cleaning service needs training in cleaning under things , just the surface.

Great Beach Location

This is our second stay here, our first being in 2019. The location to the beach and pool cannot be beat, which was our reason for rebooking. Plates and silverware/dishes were plentiful, however some of the utensils could be upgraded (no pizza cutter and the saddest tongs I've ever seen). When we arrived there was a horrid musky smell which we eventually figured was something in the garbage disposal so were able to mitigate and fix it quickly.

Ft Morgan Beach Club

This was amazing place. Ground floor and went out the back door right out to the pools and a short distance to the beach. Enough room for our family of 6 with grandkids. It had everything we needed to cook with. Would highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation

First time in Gulf Shores couldn’t have gone better

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and came across this property on VRBO and took a chance. It could not have paid off more. The location of the unit itself is perfect. You’re on the first floor by the loading zone for your vehicle so loading and unloading is a breeze. You’re patio opens up right next to the clubhouse (which I would recommend spending the money for passes for that pool and gym). The pier is right past that to get to the beach. The condo is large and was very clean. Tons of kitchen space if you like to cook. Living room was large with a nice tv to ride out the rain or just take a break from the sun. Showers were amazing for cleaning off after a day at the beach. The property itself is closer to Fort Morgan, which is away from the city of Gulf Shores. If you want to do any of the more touristy things, you’re about 20 minutes away which was perfect for us. There’s a small market right outside the resort and a dollar general store about 3 minutes more passed that. If you go about 20 minutes down the road towards gulf shores there’s a larger grocery store, but overall everything we needed was around us. Property management was great informing us about how to check in and out. Overall an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous condo just steps away from both the beach and one of the community’s pools. Large kitchen and 3 spacious bedrooms. It was perfect for our end of summer getaway!
