Beachfront, Pools and Hot Tubs

This beautiful, oceanfront condo features amazing views inside and out. It is updated, modern and comfortable and has been fully remodeled with new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings. Lighthouse 1611 is located on the 16th floor and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a twin bunk room and sofa sleeper comfortably sleeping 8. Pro-Tip: Plan to take full advantage of the resort-like amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and workout room.

This vacation condo is furnished with your comfort in mind. In addition to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and snow-white beaches, the living room offers a queen sleep sofa, 2 new recliners and a swivel barrel chair for lots of comfortable seating. You'll also find a 50" Roku TV/DVD. The primary suite features a King bed, a 50" Roku TV, a Jacuzzi tub and separate, walk-in shower. The second King room has a 50" Roku TV. There is a conveniently located washer and dryer as well as a highchair and pack 'n play for the little ones.

The dining area features table with 4 chairs and bar seating for 3. The kitchen has all you'll need for those nights when you choose to dine in. You'll find a built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator w/ice maker and is fully equipped with small appliances such as, slow cooker, electric skillet, electric can opener, mixer and blender. The kitchen has ample counter space and lots of cookware, kitchenware including many items not normally found in condo rentals including but not limited to: Air fryer, popcorn popper, waffle maker, chopper and Keurig Duo.

The primary bedroom overlooks the Gulf w/balcony access and features a King bed, dresser and 2 nightstands, a flat screen TV and blackout drapes. The primary bath has a large double sink vanity, separate dressing area with large walk-in closet, jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom features a King bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom has a door joining the guest bathroom which offers a shower/tub combination. This bath also has entry from the hallway. There is also a set of built in twin bunks in an alcove along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Gulf facing balcony with access from either the living room or the master bedroom has plenty of seating for you to enjoy a morning sunrise or an evening sunset. So, dine indoors or outdoors, enjoy the beautiful views with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Either way you’ll overlook the beautiful Gulf or our white sand beaches as well as the 2 pools, one zero entry with water shoots at one end, our regular pool and there’s more....2 hot tubs on either end of the pools, a heated indoor pool adjoining the great Indoor exercise area, sauna room and so much more.

Lighthouse is one of the most desired condo destinations in the Gulf Shores area. Guests enjoy features as easy access to the beach, pools or the hot tubs. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. A BBQ area is on the east & west end of the complex available for our guests. There are also bathrooms available by the pools, drink/snack machines. The entry to the complex is covered and offers 1st and 2nd floor covered parking with the 3rd floor parking not covered.

On site parking passes are purchased at the 2nd floor office, payable by credit card only, 2 passes per unit. Passes are $50 each.
When you arrive at the condo complex purchase your parking passes.
Keep your parking passes visible in your windshield through out your entire stay.
Please make other arrangements for additional vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, or boats are allowed in the condo parking lot.
You must take all hitches off vehicles while in the condo parking lot.
