This place was perfect for our Christmas Trip. Place was super clean. Happy surprise was the shampoo, conditioner, and soap in both bathrooms. We loved the space and would totally book this place again. We got to use the indoor pool and hot tub. I did feel dumb not realizing what floor our condo was on if it is 4 numbers you may be on floor 10 or above.

Host changed the booking to a smaller lesser unit with no explanation. The Unit we were moved to was smaller and not as nice. Waiting to hear back on a refund on the difference in rates.

Gulf Shores-Royal Palms

We had a great time at Royal Palms! Our Condo was very clean and well equipped, check-in was easy. We also love the location and the beach service was great! We will definitely come again! The Moore family!

Nice condo

Overall I enjoyed staying in this unit. The location was perfect for my wants; to not be in the middle of the busy area and have a little less crowded beach. Parking: I appreciated the coded gate entrance and security. Condo: This is definitely an older building but it posed no issues.The room was clean. The bed could use a new mattress or just a topper because there was dips in it but I wouldn’t say it made it completely uncomfortable. The master bathroom was a little tight but nothing that can be done about that and it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. I appreciated the amount of toilet paper left in the unit along with dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs. We were able to check in early which was very nice. Thank you Vacasa for actually letting me know I could. Elevators: quick and reliable. Did not have to deal with long wait times at all. Probably also a result of coming in October. Beach: I liked the walkway to the beach. The beach area is nice. One of the main reasons I picked this building is because it is next door to the state park leaving a lot of the beach area on that side less busy. Check in/ check out: The process was a breeze. When checking out it was asked to start the dishwasher and strip bed linens. I feel that was a minimal task and had no problem doing it so hopefully the next guests can get lucky like us and check in early.

View, location, quiet.

The best location - this property is the last building before the state park so there are no crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We watched dolphins swimming by early morning and late evening. Spectacular sun rises and sun sets.

Great time!

Enjoyed our stay! Loved that the property was last on the beach, certainly cut down on traffic. Unit was perfect size for us and having two baths was definitely a bonus. We plan to rent again!

We’ll be back

Great location Amazing views and close to everything you need The unit was comfortable and as listed It’s on the 10 floor so the view was perfect The pool was clean and refreshing after a hot day on the beach The nice thing is this is the last condo building before the pier so you do not feel crowded in at the beach Also the chair rental places take over the beach each day so be prepared to pay $35- 40 per day if you want space right in front of the building Good news is the public access is right next to it so that’s why location here is great We will be back
