Se stai cercando il posto perfetto per rilassarsi vicino alla baia, non guardare oltre Habitat 4 Nick! Questa bella casa a 2 piani con vista sulla baia dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni e ampi ponti su entrambi i livelli che si affacciano su Mobile Bay. Con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali (una per ogni piano) e due delle camere da letto al piano superiore che si aprono sul balcone, c'è spazio per tutti per sentirsi coccolati. L'ampia planimetria aperta che collega alla spaziosa veranda sul retro e al cortile è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi l'ambiente pittoresco della baia. Porta la tua barca e agganciata al molo coperto, o sedersi sulla panca integrata e guardare il tramonto. E se anche l'ora della spiaggia è all'ordine del giorno, la spiaggia di Veterans Street è appena oltre la strada principale; Il meglio dei due mondi! Gli affitti da sabato a sabato durante le stagioni principali a meno che il calendario non sia già saltato o il tempo richiesto è approvato dal proprietario della casa.

House was great, plenty of room, Great dock for fishing and kept a pontoon there for a couple days, Beautiful sunsets. Lots of fish caught and a couple big ones caught and a couple broke my line 😬 Didn't feel comfortable swimming around the dock, Nice kitchen for cooking big meals, and barbecuing outside Overall a great stay Thank you

Enjoyed our stay, but with some caveats.

Location on the bay and covered dock was great. Overall, space was not an issue. Cleanliness was an issue. Floors were dirty as were two chairs that were very much in need of replacement. We made the best of it, and probably would return with some assurance that the location had been cleaned thouroghly before my arrival. Once I'm there, I don't want to wait for a cleaning crew to show up and clean while I've already started my vacation.

Family Trip

My family met at Fort Morgan for a long weekend. We stayed at Stay Salty and had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. We all loved the pier and the beach was a 15 min walk.

Week stay

This is the second time we have stayed in the stay salty. This year the place was not clean. There was a ton of hair all over, bathrooms were not clean and neither were the floors. We had to clean after we arrived. The upstairs air conditioner was broken when we arrived and the person came out to fix it and then came back on Easter. That was great and very prompt. It was not needed that he return on Easter, but he did and it was very appreciated.

Great property!

Lovely home, lots of room, great porch and water access. Boat parking took some work due to lots of sand in yard, but it was ok. Loved the ice maker and extra sink in the island!

Family Spring Break

The house was everything and more! My family enjoyed every inch of this house, from the fishing on the dock to the spacious rooms! We will for sure be recommending this place to our friends and family!!!

Quiet home on the bay with excellent pier!

We were able to check in early (thanks Reed Real Estate!) and loved our peaceful spot on the bay. Family members fished and kayaked all week long. Kitchen was stocked well and there was even a separate ice maker, which we loved. Place was VERY well maintained and cared for. It was hard to believe this is a rental! Only drawback was there was no king bed. But, overall we would totally stay here again!

Beautiful house with awesome dock

House was great for our needs. Appliances were in great condition. Even had decent cookware compared to other VRBOs I have been in. The only improvement I would ask for is a gas grill because the charcoal one there was rusted out.

Quiet stay just outside town

In a residential area, right on the Bay made for easy fishing and swimming. Beach access just over the main road was decent though had little parking, but made for non crowded beach days.

Great visit!

We had a great time at Stay Salty. The house was in a good location. It was clean and had the basic things you’d need for a nice stay. The beds were comfortable. The dock was awesome and had fabulous views of the sunset. The entryway stairs are a little hard for older folks. One grandparent fell twice on them because the stairs curve and are narrow on one side of the curve. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend!

Ok place to stay in the area

OK house which is well stocked with kitchenware. The dock facilities are amazing and would be perfect for someone who wanted to dock their fishing boat. We were a group of golfers so only used the dock for lounging. Beds were ok, not the comfiest, but ok. The booking process was a little cumbersome and excessive but communication was good. Check in was ok even after hours. I wish I could have received the code via text or something instead of having to go to the real estate office. We wished there was a BBQ Grill that was usable. All in all, ok for the price.

Perfect fishing spot

We loved this house! We came a little late due to the hurricane but it was a great time when we got there! The dock is everything a fisherman could want and they were biting well too! The house was very nice and it accommodated us very well! We can’t wait to come back!

The house is a good size and right on the water. Kitchen isn’t stocked the best if you plan to do a lot of cooking like we do. Kids loved fishing off the dock.

Perfectly Salty :)

We had an amazing stay! The first two days we couldn't get in the ocean but the house had some fun games, books and the perfect dock/pier for fishing and for the kids to jump from. The house is in the perfect spot to enjoy both the bay and the ocean. Beach access was right down the road. The house was clean and worked wonderful for our family. There is amazing artwork throughout the entire house, painted by one person. It was so fun to walk through and see all of the different paintings!
