Seawind Condominiums si trova nel cuore di Gulf Shores. Se stai cercando un posto confortevole e rilassante da visitare, non cercare più. L'unità 408 è il posto che fa per te !!!!

Questa unità dispone di un letto king-size nella camera da letto principale, 2 letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti e letti a castello nella camera bonus. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno che lo rende molto comodo per ospitare fino a 8 persone. Goditi i bellissimi tramonti o guarda la luce della luna dal tuo balcone privato (accessibile sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera da letto principale). Una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavanderia full size e WiFi GRATUITO completano i servizi.

Overall cleanliness is questioned

The building is old, outdated, run down and only 2 elevators for 19 floors. You will be waiting constantly for an elevator. The condo itself was filthy, hair in sinks so they don’t drain, hair in bathtubs, floor was dirty. The towels smelled like fish and there were very few towels so we were constantly to wash to have enough. The unit says it sleeps 8 but there were not towels or extra bedding to accommodate 8 guests. The couch makes into a bed but there were no extra sheets or pillow cases. The host was great, he communicated well and was easy to work with. My disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the unit.

Long weekend with friends and family

Great Experience!!

My family had an awesome time during our stay at Seawind! The property is located within walking distance of literally everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The property manager was on point with answering any of our questions and gave a ton of options for entertainment for the week. The check-in and out process was by far the easiest we have ever experienced during the past 12 trips to the area. We will definitely be staying at one of their managed properties from now on.

Amazing Beach Stay!!

This was the perfect condo, it had everything that we needed and more. All of the kitchen supplies! Plenty of beach supplies from umbrellas to toys. Plenty of space and nice and clean. Our property managers were always available to answer any questions that we had....and quick too. We will definitely be back....and they have several other properties to suit all of your needs. :)

Excellent Vacation

We rented the Seawinds #408 for a 5-night stay from Aug 10 thru Aug 15, 2023. The property is just as advertised: Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, and right next to the beach. We loved our stay there. The owners went out of their way to answer any and all the questions we had during (and before) our stay. The whole stay was flawless.

Company and its people were easy to work with. If you are expecting to have a lot of extras on hand to make your stay easier, you will need to go to the local stores. The beach towels and beach chairs were a nice amenity. Two pods for dishwasher and laundry, we bought extras of each. Toilet paper was rough, we bought different. One roll of paper towels, we bought extra. Bring a couple of garbage bags if you plan on staying more than 4 days. We had 2 and went through both and wound up using plastic sacks. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the living room and the walk to the beach was perfect. People in the area were friendly. The cleanliness of the place was lacking. Black mold was growing around bathroom vent. The recliner had old fruity pebbles scattered underneath it. The water filter in the fridge kept water from flowing very well, we checked it and it was installed in 2019. Bed skirt in master room looked quite dirty as well. Parking was always easy here. Again, it was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. We left a beach umbrella and some k-pods for the next group. We hope they get to enjoy it. Lastly, if you have OCD, don’t put the puzzle together as one piece is missing. Price and location was right, however, we will probably try somewhere else in the same area next time.

Wonderful, Relaxing, Peaceful

We traveled 10 hours from our home to Gulf Shores. We arrived early with nowhere to go. Our host allowed us to check-in early. The condo was clean and very welcoming. It was much more than we expected. The entire vacation was so enjoyable much due to the comfort of our living quarters for the week. Couldn’t ask for anything better!!!

Family spring break

Beautiful, clean condo, well appointed. Coffee maker and Keureg! Even gave starter kit of toilet paper, soap, Toothpaste, laundrey detergent etc. The details were in the small conveniences. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Amazing balcony, very large with a table for 4 and a lounge chair, awesome beach view. Perfect height for hearing and seeing the waves on the 4th floor. Walk in closet in the master with lots of hangers, easy to unpack for the week. The owner had beach chairs, which was a savings so we didn't have to rent beach service. Fantastic location with sea and suds on the beach for lunch and walking distance to the Hangout and we loved the Picnic Beach restaurant, also walkable. There is a small convenience store with high priced groceries across the street. Which was handy for small items. But several other reasonable grocery stores a few miles away. The only negative was the pool was smaller than it appeared in photos. The hot tub was adequate. But we were there for the beach and it was fantastic. No issues with elevators such as really long waits or slow moving and it was a busy time. Nice, safe, clean complex as well. Highly recommend this very clean, well appointed, comfortable condo!! Great responses from owners also, answered all questions and followed up promptly!! Thanks for a great vacation! We can't wait to return!

Gulf Shores Girls Trip

Property was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The owner was very easy to work with and was very accommodating. The pool was a disappointment but the ocean was warm and inviting.

Amazing Property Management

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed and plenty of space as well for our family of 7. It’s close to some great restaurants and within minutes of anything you need. Jason was very helpful through the booking and checking in process and even followed up afterwards. Very great spot on the beach for a family getaway! We can’t wait to come back!

Location, Location, Location!

We had an amazing week at the Seawind. Our condo was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for the week: full kitchen, laundry room, coffee pot, large kitchen table and the list goes on. We loved the balcony and very quick walk down to the beach. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants within 10 minutes without having to deal with parking. The only “negative” thing we noticed were the elevators. They are very slow, but we heard they’re adding more so that is good! We seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay!
