Confortevole appartamento con 2 camere da letto, con una splendida spiaggia. Questa unità può ospitare fino a 6 adulti con il divano letto estraibile. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno. 2a camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, 2 ° bagno appena fuori porta laterale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e fornita di tutte le pentole, utensili, stoviglie e posate. Mangiare nel tavolo della cucina può ospitare comodamente 4 adulti. Il soggiorno dispone di un balcone che si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico con una splendida vista e una leggera brezza, un divano letto queen-size, SmartTV. L'unità è climatizzata e riscaldata. Il bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. We’ve stayed at this property for several years and always enjoy our time. This particular unit has a great view and is nicely updated. There is tons of storage and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for making meals or enjoying a drink. Checking in was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

It was very comfortable, beds comfortable, clean condo, had a great week with family! Only negative is the door is a little hard to manage getting in and no washer and dryer in condo, but it was a great place.

Perfect beach vacation

Sand in my boots festival

Amazing property. Location is a quick 20 minutes from the festival. Finding our condo was easy and getting in was slick with the key code we set up with Dean. Property is clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a great stay. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great top floor condo

I picked it because 2 bed 2 bath for me and my older adult sons. Twins in second room for them was fine they said. My queen bed was very comfortable and love the walk in shower. Beach was right across and pool was nice. My brother, wife and kids were in a house close by,closer than we thought ;walking distance so that was a plus. Kitchen was stocked pretty well, had to buy a sponge but at least cheap lol i bought cheap mainstay brand keurig since easier/cheaper for me to bring my kcups instead of buying coffee for my one cup a day. Donated to condo so he has it for others. Great week spent with my sons and my neices for her softball tourney.

Great place, great host!

First things first…this place is nice and clean! There were lots of extras we weren’t expecting (beach cart, boogie boards, beach toys, etc). There’s plenty of storage for all your clothes and stuff…and hooks for drying your beach/pool clothes. The walk from the condo to the beach was very easy, even with a toddler. And the beach was amazing and not crowded at all! If I had to be picky and list one critique…we wished there was plastic bowls/plates (#toddler). But next time we’ll just bring some. And Dean was amazing. He was very accessible and answered any questions we had. But most of all, he’s human. We accidentally left a very loved and cherished stuffed animal behind. After getting home and realizing it, I messaged him pretty late at night and he said he’d try to find “Ella.” And he did! With the help of his housekeeper, Ella will make her way back to her 7 y/o owner. Sorry for the long review but this place and these people deserve it! We would stay here again and again.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I loved staying at Dean’s place! Everything was exactly as described with great views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was very clean and had recently been updated. He also provided plenty of amenities. Communication was very easy with quick responses. We hope to stay there again soon!

Everything you need

We have stayed at Gulf Shores Plantation before. This unit is our favorite so far. Newly remodeled with convenient finishes, this clean unit would be comfortable for a family of 4. The owner has absolutely attended to details, including a light to light up the keypad. Communication with Dean was prompt. We appreciated the towel hooks on the balcony where we enjoyed coffee each morning. We will be back!

Perfect for our family

Our family of 2 adults, 2 13yo and 2 16yo all fit easily. Very nice condo, with everything you need. Sand toys, and some sport equipment. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and pool. Indoor pool was great for the windy or rainy days. None of the pools were ever too crowded. We love the Ft. Morgan area. Close to Gulf shores but away from the business.

Great newer condo

Dean is a gracious host. This condo is new, on the top floor with a great view. Short walk to beach and pools and has many items to bring to beach to play with that you don’t have to bring yourself. Golf course is right next door. Indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna nice to have included as well.

We had the best week!!

This property was wonderful! Dean was great to work with, the view was perfect, short walk to the beach and pool. This condo is located on the 5th… just a heads up if you have to take the stairs. We are already looking at booking this property again next year. Be sure to eat at The Hammered Crab or Tin Top restaurant in gulf shores.
