Welcome to Grand Beach Resort in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama! This tastefully remodeled condo has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Situated just across from the stunning Gulf State Park, Grand Beach Resort 317 offers an array of features to enhance your getaway.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an incredible condo that has been thoughtfully refreshed in every aspect. The spacious living area features an open kitchen, a separate dining area, and a roomy living space with a comfortable sectional, flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The master suite is truly impressive, boasting a large open space with a King-size bed, balcony access, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a cozy Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second guest bedroom offers two Twin beds, making it easily accessible for everyone.

As a guest, you'll have full access to the outdoor pool, poolside gazebo, sun deck, and hot tub. Grand Beach Resort is conveniently situated near unique shopping establishments and fine restaurants. Additionally, the complex features an elevator for added convenience. You'll find plenty of poolside loungers and barbecue areas for your enjoyment. A quick walk across the street will lead you to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you spend your day on the beach or lounging by the pool, Grand Beach Resort is sure to provide an amazing and fun-filled family experience.

We deeply care about each and every one of our guests, working tirelessly to ensure your time at the beach is a wonderful experience that will keep you coming back year after year!

Additional Information:
Construction on the elevators and center stairwell will start Sept. 9- January 2026.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass, with a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation (2 cars maximum).
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Maximum 4 Adults.
No Smoking.
No Pets. Please note that the association does not permit pets. Service animals must be approved before arrival.

Great place to stay with friends! Right on the beach!

Our stay here was great. 6 people fit perfect, washer and dryer in unit, clean beds, kitchen and bathrooms! Patio is nice and big, loved looking out and drinking morning coffee by the ocean! 10/10 would come back to stay again!

Such a disappointing beginning!

On April 5 th. My friends and I arrived at Grand beach resort , Alabama. We were greeted at 3:00 with not having the entry code open the door. We all tried and still no results. So I called Poole and Associates. Talked with them for 10 min. They sent someone over to change the batteries. He changed them and still no results. He couldn’t get the code to work. While we were waiting we had all our food sitting there for at least a half hour. The maintenance man gave us his personal code to use and it worked for one day. Sunday day we used it a couple times. Sunday nite 11:00 pm in the torrential rain we tried to get in and NOPE the code didn’t work. So I called the emergency number got voice mail then I called the maintenance man. He answered right away. He said he would be right over. Then I called the emergency number again. That guy answered said he would be over to let us in. The maintenance guy showed up and gave us his personal key. Monday the head of maintenance showed up to get the key to make copies. BUT we had to change our plans to meet up with him and when he came back with the extra keys. I called virbo , talked to Jason he would call me back on Tues morning about 9:30. Guess what!! NO PHONE CALL!!! Also on Sat , our arrival date. I called Poole and asked fora blanket 2 sheets, cause some beds didn’t have a top sheet. Sunday the sheets and pillow cases showed up but no blanket. Such an unconvinced!!!!

Great Stay!!! Easy access to beach!!

The property was well maintained as shown in the pictures. The beach was just across the street and was not too far of a walk. The condo was located a little further down the main strip, so it wasn't crowded. Overall great beach weekend!! Highly recommended!!

Great view across the street from beach

We had 4 adults and 2 teens. The teenagers were in the twin beds , but the twin beds are a little short for teens who are 5’9” bc they are built ins up against the wall. The view is great bc the state park is in front of condo so you can see the water when you sit on balcony. The living room is a tad small for all 6 people . The dishwasher needs instructions printed and hung on dishwasher it is confusing to turn on. It is a great condo with a great view. The beach access is literally right across the street. The beach is also not as crowded since it’s part of state park. The state park pier is to the left and we walked to it for lunch one day . The outdoor pool is clean with covered area and tables to get out of sun. Would stay here again !

Wonderful stay

I am very pleased with my experience. I liked the customer service and cleanliness so much ill be going back in august for an adult trip. Everything was just as advertised and not a long walk to the beach. Beautiful views from balcony to see the ocean. It was great. It was awesome that it was july and theres wasnt a lot of people on the beach where we were because theres no condo or hotel on the beach side. Loved it all the way around. Pool and hot tub was nice. kitchen was fully equipped with everything, dishwasher, washer and dryer, only thing is to bring toilet paper and such if youre staying a week like we did but they did suggest that in the lease. That was no problem either because there was a Walmart just 2 miles away for anything you mightve forgotten or need to get food. I enjoyed it and so did everyone i took with me.

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful accommodations and condo. I would stay again; however, there was black tar leaking from the floor above us and got all over the patio chairs. As I sat in one of the chairs it got in my hair and I was forced to cut my own hair because it wouldn’t come out. I hope this gets fixed. Other than that, I have no complaints. Beautiful place overall.

Close to everything

Overall we enjoyed being close to all our favorite places and being in a family friendly atmosphere. Although the walk to the beach was further than we liked with 3 kids. The pool area was nice and clean. The condo was newly renovated but the bathrooms could still use some updating. Especially the showers. We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores!
