This was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect and convenient. I highly recommend this property.

We really liked the condo. Cute decorating. Plenty of options for beach gear, including beach towels, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, linens. Great location. Just a two minute walk (across a busy street with no crosswalk!) to a very well kept beach. Only real issue was the leaking of the cold water in the front bathroom. Made it impossible to regulate the shower temperature because it leaked so much water. Definitely needs someone to come fix it. Otherwise great stay. Would recommend.

The condo was perfectly stocked in a great location. While we didn’t go to the beach by the condo (our friends were up the road on the beach so we used their access), the pool and amenities were perfect. The condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Overall good. Clean. Air Conditioning kept freezing up at night. Sign said do not set below 70, however, we could not set below 73 or unit would freeze up. Beach access picture on site was not accurate and was pretty far from the room.

Communication & instruction were very easy . It was in a good location and easy access to the beach . It’s an older building but very well kept and clean . I would definitely stay again .

It would have been nice if there were bathrooms by the pool. There are building near the pool so I assume there could be bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped well.

Loved the location and the property. Just past the hustle and bustle of The Hangout area and there is a pass just across the street to the beach. Walked over to watch the sun come up... beautiful! Even though it was during spring break it wasn't noisy and was a great trip. Had a question for the owner and she replied very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Only one elevator worked during our entire stay. Kitchen had one pot and one very worn skillet. Beach access is across the street which can be pretty busy.

Overall very nice,pans could use a upgrade( although I know alot of people dont cook on vacation) .Some of cleaning crew on third floor dropping hair and lint off balcony (which was kind of disgusting),pool guy smoking while working.

Internet was really bad a lot noise at night we find a condon under the sofa bed sofa bed was broke no door in one of the bathrooms somebody try to open our door on our second night stay smell in bathroom really bad this was really bad experiences

Great condo! Love the beach theme. Clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to walk across the street to the beach access. Delivery from Walmart made it very easy for meals.

This rental was absolutely amazing! The cleanest I've ever used! The owner had really put alot of thought into her home. It's kid friendly, family friendly. She thought of everything! 100/10 recommend

What a wonderful time at Sea Breeze in the winter. Beach was amazing. Property was great and we had both practically all to our selves. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Reached the property and had to call the property owner because we were never given the actual unit number (she was very friendly and kind!). Unit was small but pretty. Pull-out couch had so many springs missing the mattress was sagging through; my boys had to pull the mattress off the bed and sleep on the floor. There were food wrappers and receipts from several years ago under the couch. Microwave light was burned out and the pocket door closing off the kitchen was not attached to anything, just a wooden panel shoved in the space. A drawer was missing from the master bath vanity and there was food in the freezer. The dish pods kindly left for use in the dishwasher were too big to fit in the dispenser; after forcing the dispenser door shut, it failed to open during the cycle, so the dishes just got water washed and the dish pod turned into a half-melted gooey mess in the still-closed dispenser. Just tossed the dish pod in the silverware tray after that and hoped for the best. Reached out to the property owner twice about these things and never heard back. Otherwise, the bedroom beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels for the six of us, there was just enough space for all of us to squeeze around the dining table, and though the laundry machines were tucked in the kitchen right between the fridge and the oven, we just rolled with it and it went fine. I would have loved to see some sort of money refunded for the pull-out couch not being usable but I didn’t expect it

Condo was nice. But I feel like it could have been cleaner. There was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. There was someone’s snack trash in one of the drawers in the bedroom. The men working on the new condos directly behind us started at 7 am. There was quite a few questionable people at this condo. My vehicle was hit with one of the rolling carts. Our last night, there was children running across the rooms.

The property was clean and well maintained. You can tell it’s on older complex but up to date and very clean. Issues we had were the parking. We have a large truck and could barely fit it in the parking spot. We were good the first night but then once someone showed up in the spot next to us we had issues. They were also not considerate of others because they parked at the tail end of the parking spot which made it even more difficult to maneuver out between the pole and the vehicle. There are 5 blank spaces they tell you about but we only found 2 and they were taken the whole time. The walk way to the beach was hard to find at first because the picture on the listing was of a orange/brown building is now blue and also states it is right across the street which it is down the road a bit. The last issues we had was the information provided from owner was that there was some beach items in a closet including a wagon so I didn’t bring mine because they stated they had one but when we got there. There wasn’t a wagon. All and all we had a great time and the stay wasn’t ruined.

This is an older property across the street from beach. Has an entry path to beach, very handy and totally reasonable to get there. Pool is smaller, but fine for cooling off. Dated inside, but had everything you need. Not as many units as the huge places which we like. I think it’s 4 floors and in a circle configuration. Two spots for each unit back to back. You can prob for truck with small boat or trailer in the spot too.

Highly recommend this place. Quick access to the beach and also to town. The condo was very nice and clean. Dealing with the owner was easy and all information concerning the stay was provided in a timely manner. Definitely a new vacation spot for my family!

The condo was only a short walk to the beach. I liked that it was a little further down the strip so there wasn’t much traffic but still near everything. The bed I slept in was comfortable. It was perfect for my price point. Only negatives is that you can hear the people above you pretty well, the front door lock took some finagling to figure out, and you can put the temp below 70 so I was kinda hot when I was sleeping even with the ceiling fan on. But those are very minor things. I would definitely stay here again.

The inside of the property looked just like the pictures, very nice. Unfortunately there was construction everyday we were there that started at 5:30am. The chairs and umbrellas that were provided didn’t work well or were broken. The sofa bed is falling apart, don’t count that as a place to sleep. There was also a misunderstanding on what day we were supposed to leave and she was quite rude about us leaving.

Price was great. Property manager communication was good. Location was good. My struggle with a good review comes from the cleanliness of the blankets, and pillows. They have you bag up the sheets but say to leave the comforters and shams as they’re professionally washed later. So it appears they wash the sheets between guests, but not the comforters or shams. I pulled an extra pillow from the closet and it had another guests drool stains. I emailed the host with photos and simply got a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Blankets and pillows are not something I’d care to share with strangers. I ended up buying my own. There was also construction going on just outside our window so at 8am sharp until dark, you’d hear hammers, saws and an array of interesting music from the workers. That isn’t the hosts fault, but knowing it would be a noisy stay ahead of time would have been nice. I won’t stay here again.

We had a very nice pool but loved taking our walk to the sea breeze condo access to the beach which at first we couldn’t find so if you walk out south from condo across the street go east about a block you will see the path to the south Loved the coziness of the condo and plus we slept well. This condo had pots, pans, dishes of all sorts, utensils, ice trays, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella for beach, washer, dryer, dish washer , towels etc just about everything you need . we loved it and would recommend anyone to stay at least once …. Very clean and taken care of. The only thing we didn’t understand is why pay for housekeeping if we had to strip down the beds ourselves . Thank you

This Unit was the Perfect size, and perfect location! Everything was exactly as described and the host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The Beach was a very short walk across the street. (I’ve stayed other places ON the Beach that had a longer walk even being located on the beach so this was nice) it was only a 5 minute drive to get to restaurants like The Hangout, grocery stores or beach shops! I think we came at the perfect time of year, right after Labor Day weekend because it wasn’t packed. My only concern would be the parking spaces… if the building was packed it may have been difficult getting in and out of our parking spot as there isint much room to maneuver… but it was a non issue for this trip.
