Brand New Luxury Cottage Next to Gulf State Park, Gulf Views, Steps to the Beach

Brand New Construction Home located at The Cottages at Dunes Park next to Gulf State Park.

Experience luxury beach house living at this brand-new 3 Bedroom/4 Bath cottage, located across the street from the sand! The Cottages at Dunes Park is located by the entrance to Gulf State Park on East Beach Blvd. It is the most eastern property in Gulf Shores with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf State Pier, Lake Shelby, and Gulf State Park. This is the 1st home in the development so it has the best Gulf Views and the shortest walk to the beach. There is access to the beach across the street to the west of the property. It is about a quarter mile to the beach or less than a 5 minute walk. Highlights include soaring 10’ ceilings, an amazing open floor plan, and a sprawling deck with outdoor seating . Your stunning home boasts upscale coastal décor and furnishings, shiplap walls, custom kitchen cabinets and stone countertops.

LIVING AREA
Sprawl out on the sofa or a pair of armchairs in the light-filled living room. Watch favorite shows on the 75” smart TV. (The sofa converts to a sleeper.)

KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will appreciate the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and a kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, enjoy family meals at the dining table set for six or the dinning table on the deck.

BED & BATH
This two-level home sleeps up to 12 guests between the three upstairs bedrooms, a bunk area, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom features a large smart TV.

Two beautifully appointed master suites each provide a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers.

The third bedroom will have 2 full beds and share full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway.

In the upstairs hallway you will find a set of twin bunk beds in a nook.

A fourth full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located on the main level.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in views of the Gulf on the covered deck, furnished with a dinning table for 4 and a lounge area for 2.

Prepare meals on the gas grill, located beneath the home. An outdoor hose is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.

Take a refreshing dip in the shared outdoor pool (4’ deep) or stretch out in the sun on ample lounge chairs.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway underneath the home. Boat/RV trailer parking is not available. Overflow parking is also not available.

Great place to stay close to everything

Very nice place with lots of room. Our family of eight really enjoyed the area and just a short walk across the road to the beach. Fall break in Gulf Shores was very nice. Would stay here again. Check it out!

Wonderful place

Family Vacation

We loved this beach cottage house, very clean and plenty of room for my family of 9. The beach was just a short walk away and my grand babies loved the pool. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Derek was a great host and messaged me on our first day allowing us to check in couple hours early and even checked on us through our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Very spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach and everything else is a close drive. We will be back! Derek is a wonderful host as well!

Best Yet!

We have been to Gulf Shores probably 10 times over the last 20 years, and rarely stay in the same place twice. We all agreed this is the best place we've rented in Gulf Shores. Good location, nicely decorated, clean, plenty of towels, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap. Well stocked kitchen. Easy communication with the owner throughout the entire process. Easy to get in with a simple lockbox to open when we arrived. Since the cottage wasn't rented the day before we arrived, the owner let us know we could get into the cottage sooner than the stated checkin time. An easy walk to the beach. Lots of open space to the south and east of the condo because of its proximity to Gulf State Park. Overall, five stars from us!

Beautiful Condo

Our entire family (10 of us) loved every minute of our vacation at this condo! A short walk from shops, dining, and the Gulf!! It was clean and just as described!! The host was easy to get ahold of and fast to reply!!

Spring break in Gulf Shores

This is a beautiful home, well furnished! Extremely short walk to the beech. close to everything you want to go to in Gil Shores. Tons of space for sleeping with our big group. Great view off the deck , loved the grill. Great parking. The owner was very nice and great communicator when needed. No complaints whatsoever and we would love to stay here again!

Amazing getaway! You won’t regret it!

We had an awesome time with the best accommodations! Everything was perfect, including the communication! There was more than enough room for our crew of 11, plenty of supplies, games, toys, & towels. We really loved having a grill & the hose to rinse everything & everyone, two things we usually don’t get when we rent a condo. The views were beautiful & the walk was not bad at all. Highly recommended!
