Il Beach Club Bristol 1708 è un condominio ristrutturato al 17 ° piano con una fantastica vista sul golfo dal balcone, zone soggiorno / pranzo / cucina e camera da letto principale in un resort di lusso! Avrete una splendida vista sul Golfo del Messico e una spiaggia di sabbia bianca di zucchero che �� ben tenuta e si estende all'infinito in una zona naturale, indisturbata e protetta, coperta da dune di sabbia e fauna selvatica.

Il condominio dorme 6 in letti e non c'è divano letto. La disposizione dei letti è: King in master, Queen nella prima camera degli ospiti, 2 Twins nella seconda camera degli ospiti. I letti sono fatti con lenzuola bianche e un set è previsto per il divano, ma non c'è divano letto. Ogni camera da letto confina con un bagno privato e il bagno sala è conveniente per tutti. La biancheria da bagno viene fornita insieme a una fornitura "un giorno" di articoli da toeletta e carta velina. Si prega di portare teli da spiaggia, trucco salviettine, carta igienica e articoli da toeletta.

La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete, tra cui una lavastoviglie automatica, oltre a una macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore, mixer e apriscatole. Gli armadi sono provvisti di piatti, utensili e pentole. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice è nell'armadio della cucina. Si prega di portare cibo, caffè, sacchetti della spazzatura, altri prodotti monouso e detergenti.

Se prenoti questo appartamento, avrai accesso alle piscine e alle vasche idromassaggio ai piedi delle quattro torri e potrai patrocinare il raffinato ristorante informale al secondo piano della club house e il salone e il centro benessere al primo piano del clubhouse, oltre a negozi e sport bar e grill vicino all'ingresso della proprietà, parco giochi e griglie a carbone senza costi aggiuntivi.

Il proprietario �� un membro della Clubhouse e i servizi privati sono disponibili con una tariffa giornaliera che viene pagata di persona al banco Clubhouse solo per i giorni che scegli, se presenti. I servizi del club house includono piscina coperta, centro fitness, sala giochi, spogliatoi con saune, piscina all'aperto con un tiki bar e grill, campi da tennis e attività per bambini. Stagionalmente, �� possibile noleggiare lettini con ombrelloni in spiaggia e pagare per il parasailing e altre attività in spiaggia. I teloni e le sedie da spiaggia sono ammessi nelle aree designate, ma devono essere rimossi ogni notte.

I servizi del Beach Club sono stagionali. Di solito, almeno un ristorante con bar è aperto tutto l'anno. La tariffa di noleggio si basa sulla stagione. In genere tutti i servizi sono disponibili dal Memorial Day al Labor Day. Uno spettacolo pirotecnico è programmato per il 4 luglio e per la notte di Capodanno, quando il tempo lo permette.

The property was beautiful. The condo was very clean and everything worked as it should. The beaches were beautiful and seemed to be less crowded than the Orange Beach area. We will stay here again on our next beach vacation.

Always a great stay.

My family returns each May to the Beach Club and this unit in the Bristol. Pam is always responsive , the website and reservation process is smooth and easy and the pricing is very competitive. We appreciate the furnishings ,cleanliness and spacious layout.

We wish we could have stayed longer! Great location, unbelievable views, beautiful & well maintained property. The mobility ramp down to the sand allowed our oldest to get down to the beach safely with her walker! Loved it!!

Lovely location.

The area was perfect with the beach just steps away from the building. Local things to do was only 20 to 30 minutes away with great places to eat. The problem areas were the beds were rock hard. In the picture they look like they are thick and comfy but they literally made every one sore and hurting. There was a chair in a bedroom that we had to cover with a sheet because it was peeling so bad and getting all over everything it belongs in the trash. There was only 1 pod to use in the dishwasher a tiny bottle of watered down dish soap. Over all we loved the facility but would have to verify ownership of the room before going there again.

Quick getaway

All in all a pleasant stay. The only issue was the main door. It was hard to open and close (in need of some adjusting). Small children and older adults ( my mother) are not strong enough to push or pull the door open or closed. The accommodations were well suited for our family with plenty of room. The view was great and the property surrounding the condo was very well thought out. We will be returning back to Fort Morgan.

First time in Gulf Shores

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We loved the area. This condo met all of our needs beautifully. I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness. And I do know that it’s not the owners fault, but the property management that hires the staff. That being said, the property manager should make sure the staff is doing a good job. On our arrival, all seemed good except for the big patio doors. They were full of little kids hand prints up to about waist high on both sets of doors along with face smudges. You could mot help but see them as it’s the first thing you notice when looking out at the view. That made us start checking around the unit. We found price tags and dust bunnies under the master bed, a glow stick, Candy wrapper, and more dust bunnies under the couch. After siting in the recliners (which DEFINITELY need to be replaced!) there was a child’s shirt, stuck down in the side of one. And under a couch cushion was a sock! There was no mop for cleaning so we texted housekeeping and told them of the issues. They sent us up a mop and bucket, which was just fine with us. We bought cleaning supplies when we went grocery shopping and cleaned the windows and floors ourselves. The condo could use a bit more of decor. It’s pretty bland. But then that could be because owners have not had a chance to do so after the renovations from the damage that was sustained after the hurricane. The only other thing is, if you are explorers like us, you may want to get a place closer to town. This is about 12 miles out from Gulf Shores. It’s a drive everyday, but the beach is wonderful to walk. It’s quiet and not amongst the hustle and bustle. It’s your preference.

Nice but issues

The air conditioner was not working properly, it did not have 4 bathrooms, and extended construction took out 2 and sometimes 3 elevators for the entire building.

Trip cut short - evacuated due to hurricane Sally

Overall this place was wonderful. Easy check in process, clean condo, resort amenities top notch. The only complaint is that it advertised 3.5 baths and all bedrooms had adjoining baths. For one bedroom the bath was actually across the hall and there was no half bath at all. We would not have rented had we known one BR did not have connecting bathroom. Couldn’t help this situation but hurricane Sally hit and we had to leave 4 days early as there was no running water or electricity and the condo was flooding with water coming from the walls onto the floors (damage to floors above us) We would rent again at this location but probably find a unit that actually had bathrooms in all the bedrooms

Very good but...

Let me start by saying overall everything was good...there are a few things like the recliners need replaced and the ice maker was broken. What robbed this place of the 5th star was the mattresses were terrible. It is not an exaggeration to say the king and twin mattress are hard as a rock. This rendered them painful to sleep on. My kids fought every night over who got to sleep on the couch. The double was marginally better. If these things were addressed I would rebook immediately.

Great location. Beach was very nice and clean. The only complaint is that my mom said her sheets smelled a bit dirty. I did not notice the king bed sheets smelling weird. The pillows are also very flat. Bring your own pillows.

Notes on coffee maker and refrigerator ice maker to accept dysfunction. Dryer extremely loud and off balance and near it’s wear life. TV in living room not functional. Got batteries for remote but no cable box for function. Wash clothes dirty upon arrival.

Gorgeous view and relaxing

This property is well maintained and has gorgeous view from the balcony and inside the rooms. We stayed over July 4th and the fireworks were spectacular. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
