Purtroppo non noleggiamo a nessuno di età inferiore ai 23 anni. Questa è una zona adatta alle famiglie, quindi non è permesso festeggiare all'università o alle vacanze di primavera. NON fumare e anche questa casa NON è pet friendly! Vogliamo che tu ti diverta, ti rilassi e ti rilassi!

Benvenuto a "Beach Bum" a Morgantown! Nuova costruzione 3 camere da letto 2 bagni casa situata nella comunità di Morgantown di Fort Morgan area di Gulf Shores. Situato sul lato del golfo della panoramica Fort Morgan Road. Comunità amichevole a piedi, in bicicletta e con il golf cart situata tra il miglio 6 e il 7. Offre 4 accessi alla spiaggia e passerelle sul mare, 2 piscine e 2 campi da tennis.
Goditi questa nuova casa sulla spiaggia appena arredata. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, piscine e campo da tennis a circa 1 1/2 isolato a piedi dalla spiaggia, campi da tennis e 1 piscina. Solo un isolato a piedi dall'altra piscina. Piano piano aperto e arioso comprende 3 camere da letto che sono padrone con materasso memory foam letto king e bagno padronale con cabina doccia; letto matrimoniale con materasso memory foam nella seconda camera da letto; 3a camera da letto dispone di letti a castello a grandezza naturale. Hanno anche due alcova a castello. 10 posti letto comodamente e ogni camera ha smart TV anche smart TV situata nel soggiorno. Carro fornito per aiutare a portare oggetti da spiaggia. Griglia a carbone per i maestri della griglia. Davanzale della terrazza sul portico si può vedere una vista boo della spiaggia mentre si guardano splendide albe e tramonti. Può sentire le onde che si infrangono sulla riva. Se sei abbastanza fortunato puoi persino vedere gli Blue Angels allenarti durante la settimana. L'area della veranda sul retro guarda oltre Morgan Lakes non necessariamente un lago ma un'area di palude che è un bellissimo habitat. Chissà che vita selvaggia si potrebbe osservare mentre si sta seduti a bere il caffè o le 5 in punto da bere. Abbiamo arredato la nostra casa con l'essenziale che ci piace per renderlo il più confortevole possibile.
Situato lontano dalle spiagge affollate e dal trafficato centro turistico del Golfo, ma è a soli 15-20 minuti in città. Se non hai voglia di guidare in città in un giorno di spiaggia pigra, Sassy Bass e Tacky Jacks sono 2 vicino a ristoranti con un menu delizioso. Sassy Bass ha anche un comodo negozio per raccogliere tutti gli elementi essenziali necessari senza dover andare in città. Servizio completo Il porto turistico di Fort Morgan dista circa 1,6 km da Morgantown. Grande area per tutti, pesca, nuoto, kayak, campi da golf nelle vicinanze. Gli amanti della storia possono visitare Fort Morgan alla fine della penisola.

Jennifer was amazing to communicate with. The house was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed! It is a perfect place to take your family and my 4 kids (ages 2-13) had a blast! We will be back next summer!

Wonderful, just what we needed!

We had a fantastic week! We had access to everything we needed - towels, dishes, spices, laundry, beach chairs/toys, etc on property and tennis, pickleball, biking, and easy access to the beach via the community. We were pleasantly surprised to find bean bag toss boards, which ended up being how we capped nearly every evening. The space in the house was great - everyone had plenty of room, and we could have easily had more stay with us. Communication was great throughout and we felt both prepared and supported. Thank you so much for the wonderful setting to slow down and be together!

2025 New Years is a Beach

The home was very well decorated and perfect for our needs with a comfortable master bedroom mattress. Note that the main TV could use updating. The home was equipped with everything one would need for a beach vacation. The location of the home was in a very nice beach subdivision where most homes were well kept. The beach was very convenient with the use of the owner's golf cart which was well appreciated.

So Relaxing

I looked at a lot of properties before I picked Beach Bum. The house was way bigger than what I needed, since it was just me, but it looked perfect. And it was. Other than the wonky stairs from the carport to the entry, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had traveling. I walked the beach every day, found some great restaurants, ate a lot of Waffle House grits, and relaxed, which is what I needed. I loved everything about this trip. And Beach Bum was a huge part of it.

Amazing Beach Trip!

We had the very best time celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday! The house is so spacious! We appreciated having so many blankets for the night time golf cart rides and having all of the beach towels already there. We never had to unpack ours. There was hand soap at every sink and the kitchen was fully stocked, down to the electric skillet we used. Jennifer was easy to communicate with as well when we had questions. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely return!

Great house with a great beach

We loved the property and the layout of the house. It was nice to have the master separated from the guest bedrooms. Everything was in order and looks just like the listing photos. This was a great space for a family to comfortably relax and just a short ride to the beach! Would come back again.

Loved our time at the beach

The house is wonderful. It had everything we needed. There were 8 of us that stayed at the house. Even though the beach is walking distance, the golf cart was so helpful getting everything we needed there easily. We had a great trip and will look to stay there again!

Very comfortable

We had an amazing time at Beach Bum! We had everything we needed and the golf cart and ice machine was even better! Saved us from going out to get ice every day so I give 5 stars just for that! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were no complaints from anyone in our party. Communication with Jennifer was on point! She made sure if we needed anything to just let her know and she was very fast with responses. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Brad and Jennifer for sharing your home. Bang for your buck!

I never write reviews, the place has to be absolutely horrible or fantastic. Well this place was fantastic! Our family stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was awesome! This place exceeds the pictures. It was clean, spacious and nice. Although we brought our own, It came with an air mattress and plenty of extra covers. This place came with the golf cart and 3 bikes (which the teens enjoyed riding to the beach). The neighbors were very nice and most of all we didn’t feel like we were being watched. We went to Tropic Falls while we were there and it’s about a 40 minute drive. Don’t just look hurry and book.

Relaxing Stay

This property was just as listed, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for everyday living as well as items for the beach. The location was just a short walk to the beach and pool- even if we forgot something, it wasn't a big deal to run back to the house to get things. Would definitely return to this property if we're ever back in Fort Morgan.

Perfect home away from home

The home was spacious, well furnished (INCLUDING THE KOTCHEN), and welcoming. We were there to fish so the ice maker was a big plus. It is also layed out well for a family stay. Clean and comfortable. Great locarion with community amenities.

Beautiful getaway by the ocean

This wonderful property by the ocean was a relaxing getaway my family needed. Located just a short walk to the beach. The home was fully equipped with accommodations for us to spend time together playing at the beach as well as in the home. The high ceilings and soothing color scheme really made this space enjoyable to spend time in the home when not at the beach.

Amazing!
