NEW RENTAL - This one-story open floor plan three bedroom, 3 bath beach house offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and screened-in back porch located.

You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating. The home is directly across from the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub and a short golf cart ride to the beach and outdoor pool. Dining room table with 6 chairs with an additional breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs.

The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. 12 cup Kurig, toaster oven, additional seating at bar with 2 bar stools.
