Benvenuto in Sun Dreams II East! Questa affascinante unità è il lato est di un duplex di due unità situato in posizione comoda rispetto alla bellissima West Beach a Gulf Shores! Puoi goderti la vista del golfo dalla veranda coperta mentre ti siedi e bevi il caffè del mattino, o mentre ti rilassi dopo gli eventi del giorno. L'unità offre un parcheggio coperto e si può accedere a tutto ciò che West Beach ha da offrire a piedi! Sei a pochi passi dal negozio di generi alimentari Waves, da Island Ice Cream & Treats e dal ristorante Beach House. Sei un miglio da Lagoon Pass Beach, che è perfetto per i più piccoli a giocare nella sabbia e nell'acqua.

Sun Dreams II East dispone di tre camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni. La cucina completamente attrezzata, il soggiorno, il bagno e la camera da letto principale si trovano nel piano abitativo principale della casa. La master suite è arredata con un letto king size e TV e ha il proprio bagno annesso, mentre le due camere sono al secondo piano con un bagno da condividere. Una camera per gli ospiti è arredata con un letto a castello con due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale e una TV. La 2 ° camera degli ospiti è dotata di un letto matrimoniale. Sun Dreams II East è a soli 2 km dall'incrocio tra Hwy 59 e Beach Blvd. La proprietà ha anche accesso alla spiaggia di proprietà attraverso la strada.

La doccia esterna per il risciacquo dopo una giornata piena di azione in spiaggia è sotto la casa al piano terra e ha acqua calda e fredda! Il tavolo da picnic e l'area per grigliate si trovano anche sul retro della proprietà.

Le prenotazioni effettuate prima del 1 ° ottobre per la stagione invernale (gennaio e febbraio) richiedono un minimo di 60 giorni (due mesi). Le prenotazioni effettuate che non soddisfano questi criteri sono soggette a cancellazione da parte della direzione. The property was very clean and well supplied. Communication with the host was easy and responded quickly to all questions. I really liked the fact that pets were welcome. We had overall a great time.

We stayed here months ago back in April and it was the best time. Our Six year old loved the bunk beds and the access to the beach was perfect. We only had to cross a street to get to the water. Everything looked exactly as it looked in the photos and it was simply a good time. We’d love to come back and stay again. We even had family visit for a few hours and the space accommodated everyone with no problem. We were able to cook and play games and see them off without a problem. I highly recommend this stay. It’s great for dogs too! The ONLY thing was the pool was so cold. The ocean was actually warmer, but that’s such a small thing. I’d pay extra though for a pool that was heated. We watched our neighbors enjoy their pool without issue while we struggled because it was so cold. Still it was a 5/5 stay. Thank you!

Cute place

Stayed here with a group of friends during the Sand in my Boots festival. Walking distance to a store and restaurant, as well as short driving distance to other places. Beach access is directly across from property. Pool was perfect but didn't see a net for scooping debris. We were lucky to have great duplex mates in the unit next to us, walls seem to be decently sound proof from what we could tell. There was a bit of an ant issue but it did not damper our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay! They have recently painted and everything was very clean. Views from the front porch were great and an easy walk across the street (even with a toddler and all of our stuff) with private beach access. Note the pool is not heated so it was a little chilly in October but it didn't slow the kids down. We will definitely book here again!!

Loved the duplex

Pictures are accurate! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only negative I have is that the property mgr text you the morning of saying they will let you know when your unit is ready. Check in is 3-5. We of course were eager to start our vacation so we arrived a little before 3. I was sent a link with the door code but again a separate text stating we will let you know when your unit is ready. About 3:29 I just went ahead and tried the code and the unit was in fact ready. I had four teenage boys who loved the easy access to the beach! Would definitely book again!

Check-in was a hot mess, no response from Poole after several attempts.

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. I’m not just talking a little dirty- it had not been cleaned at all. I walked in and thought I was in the wrong unit because it looked like someone was staying there. There was stuff everywhere. We called and were asked to wait 2 hours so they could get it clean. It still wasn’t ready after 2 hours and so we waited an additional 30 minutes. I was offered a refund on my cleaning fee and that’s it. When I expressed my frustration in an email and a follow up text I was never contacted back. I’m disappointed in the overall experience of check-in and the lack of customer service provided by Poole. I haven’t gotten that refund…and I would not rent from them again.

Home away from home

We had an excellent time here. Everything was so clean and the pool sure did come in handy with the ocean being double red flagged 95% of our trip. We still had a nice time on the beach. And our beach acess was right across the road. Which we loved so much. We will definitely book again in the future!

We got married

We rented this place cause we wanted to have beach access and get married. The access to the beach was across the street and easy to get to. We had friends and family over and had plenty of space under the carport. Highly recommend for any kind of stay. Certainly would stay here again.

Clean, spacious, and close to the beach with a private pool!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was impressively very clean and quite spacious. It was perfect for our family of four. We had a private pool out back that we shared with the neighbors, who were super nice. This unit is directly across the street from the beach, and we had gorgeous views of the ocean right from our front porch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

nice place

It is a nice house. However I don't know if I would rent again because there's not enough seating for the number of guests it sleeps. A couch and 2 small uncomfortable chairs and everyone else has to sit on hard dining room chairs. The dining room table is way too big for the space.

Convenient, Private, Pet-Friendly, and Plenty of Amenities

We stayed at this property with extended family and absolutely loved it! It was in a great location, quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. The private beach access was very convenient, and the amenities were plenty. We did not want for anything. And we loved being able to have our fur baby with us too! We're already planning our next trip back!

Fun at the beach

The duplex was perfect!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Quiet area but close to everything. Paradise 🏖

First Family Vacation

Great location just across the street from the beach. Could have used some amenities such as trash bags,cleaning products and maybe some pool toys, umbrella for pool area, beach chairs. Some throw blankets in the living room would be nice. All in all, though, very nice place. We would stay there again

Perfect Location

The location is the reason I booked this property. Once you step foot off the steps, it may be only a 3-5 minute walk for you to be in the Gulf. I loved the private beach access right across the street. It was very easy to cross the 2 lane road. It wasn't overly busy at all. My 3 year old walked across it with me with no problem. The pool was nice and it was easy to have time to use it with just my family and not the other renters on the other side. If WiFi is a concern for you, don't worry. They installed a box for it while we were there so it was fast. You can tell the property is a little aged but it has been remodeled and styled well. There were a few minor details that I didn't love, but I have confidence they will be addressed. But as I said before, the location, beach access and pool has me sold. If that is what is important to you, I would 100% recommend this place.

Great house, but shared pool and bad WiFi

The property is comfortable and well equipped, including laundry facilities, but beware if you plan to stream TV, watch online or work from this unit. The WiFi is as bad as previous reviewers state. While marked as a private pool, it’s shared with the Sundreams II West unit, so hope for good neighbors. Location and property management services are good.
