  • Accogliente divano 2 BR / 2 BA plus situato sulla spiaggia di Gulf Shores. Ci sono molte finestre per consentire alla luce solare naturale di entrare nell'unità e un balcone con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia! Comodi materassi King in entrambe le camere da letto con accesso diretto ai bagni. Splendidi ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in condominio. Smart TV satellitare da 50 pollici nel soggiorno. Wi-Fi gratuito in camera. Primo condominio appena ad ovest dell'Hangout (e popolare Hang Hang Fest). A pochi passi (1/3 miglia) da ristoranti e negozi! Tutte le tasse sono incluse nel preventivo, ad eccezione dei pass per il parcheggio. I pass per il parcheggio vengono rilasciati il giorno del check-in dal personale di gestione della proprietà in loco 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. I pass costano $ 27. 75 per l'intero soggiorno e vengono pagati direttamente alla gestione della proprietà in loco tramite contanti, assegni o carta di credito. Durante gli eventi speciali, (come, a titolo esemplificativo, il weekend del Labor Day, il weekend del Memorial Day, il Shrimp Festival, i mesi di giugno e luglio, Music Festival, Hang Out Fest o SEC Beach Fest), i pass possono essere limitati a 1 pass per condo.

The location was perfect. The view towards the beach was awesome. Was disappointed in the apartment. Everything was old and run down. Didn’t have the basic staples…Kleenex, extra garbage bags, enough soap and toilet paper, coffee pot made coffee with bad after taste.It was nice having laundry in the unit.

Online pictures did not do the view justice; it was breathtaking. The condo was clean with ample room for our family of three. The complex was a little dated, however it did not detract from the charm. Will consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was very convenient, the view was beautiful, and everything about the check-in and overall experience was easy and hassle-free.The only downside for us was the parking. The property only includes one parking pass, which ended up being a challenge for our group. That was an oversight on my part since I didn’t notice it in the listing, so future guests should be sure to read that detail carefully.We also had a couple of issues with the refrigerator. It kept freezing our food, and I wasn’t able to adjust the temperature. Toward the end of our stay, it also started making a squeaking noise.Overall, we had a great stay and would consider staying here again.

Beach Break

Property was listed as Clean and Cool. We found this to be true and was not disappointed. Love the location. We reserved our beach chairs and umbrellas early, ate breakfast at Kitty's and then enjoyed the beach and pool. Evenings we shopped, ate dinner and enjoyed the pool again. Our favorite place for our evening meal is Bahama Bob's!! We do plan to return to this location.

Easiest check in process and great location!

My only complaint about the property were the pillows. I have had several neck surgeries so it may not bother others like it does me. I would absolutely stay here again but next time I'll bring my pillow.

View was great and communication was excellent. Condo slightly smaller than some 2BR ones but fine for 2 couples. Only downside - not issue with owner or vrbo - is parking. Traveled in 2 cars. First person in office says too crowded for 2nd pass. Night person said they did not issue 2 passes period. I parked one vehicle in public parking several blocks away. Finally 3rd office person the next morning gave me a 2nd pass. I never saw less than 20 empty parking spaces. IWE needs to figure out a better policy or lose business over something avoidable.

The 2nd floor condo is nice, minimal basic decor. Good communication with host. I did have to message him to get the codes and link sent to register for parking because they were not automatically sent. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to have everything that would have been needed to do so. There is a shared balcony with Gulf and swimming pool views so quietly relaxing on the balcony is not happening during pool hours. Our biggest issues was When we booked months before the trip it said we could pay for 2 parking spots depending on when you travel but didn’t have dates that you couldn’t have 2 spots so we booked. We were informed day of check in that we could only have 1 parking spot. So my daughter with a special needs baby had to park 2 blocks down the road. Not sure if a cleaning service is used but they could do a better job the shower curtain in master smelled of mildew, condo seemed like it could use a deep cleaning but was OK we just mainly slept there.

Awesome Location

Property and unit are a little older but well maintained. Cannot beat the location - walking distance to everything. Easy access to beach and pool. We only cooked 2 meals but had plenty of cookware to get the job done. The parking lot is easily accessible so we left our beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) in the car which made that process easier. The property manager was proactive with comms. Will definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property for a girls getaway beach trip and overall had a good experience, especially considering the value. The beach access was a big highlight and made the trip really enjoyable. The location was convenient, easy to find, and getting in and out of the property was simple. Steve was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.That said, there were some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness did not quite meet expectations, and there was noticeable wear and tear on the furniture and items throughout the unit. Some of the provided utensils and linens also felt a bit worn and could benefit from being refreshed or replaced.The futon or pullout couch in the living room was not a practical sleeping option. It was uneven with noticeable lumps and dips, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the linens provided did not quite match the needs of a group of four for the length of our stay. We also did not find any hand soap in the unit, only body soap.Overall, a convenient and affordable stay with great beach access, but a few updates would make a noticeable difference foe future guest.

The stay was great. But there were several frustrating moments over things. 1. No storage for clothes. In one bedroom the closets both had master locks. There were no drawers to unpack your things into in either room, other than night stands. If I’m somewhere for a week I would rather live out of drawers, not my bag in a floor. 2. The beds and couch bed are all TERRIBLE. Sleep was a struggle all week bc of this. Those were definitely the worst of it that will keep us from staying again.

Location and view were great! My biggest issue with this condo was that the sleeper sofa was advertised as sleeping for 2 people. But the mattress is extremely old and dirty. Everyone in my party refused to sleep on it, and we are not overly picky people. It was gross. So we had to sleep 3 per king bed, which definitely was not ideal, and was not our plan. Also, if you plan to cook some meals on your vacation, this is not a great condo for that. There were only 2 pots included, & not a single pan. The 2 pots that were there were very old and scraped up. I would not come back to this particular condo.

Room was just as advertised. Nice and clean!! Check in process very easy! Only one parking pass was a little inconvenient but we made it work!! The view from the balcony is beautiful!! Beach and pool easily accessible!! Owner/host easy to work with and was able to allow our family to check in a little earlier than normal!! Definitely recommend and would book again on a return trip!!!

Nice and convenient

Overall this is a good place to stay. Walk right on the beach, grill available and pool is nice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Some things are a little outdated and fixtures need a little repair work plus the mattresses need replacing. But nothing that would keep us from coming back again. Definitely worth the trip!

Great spot right on the beach!

This property was in a great location, easy check in, with on-site management if you had questions. It was clean and exactly as described. One thing that would've been nice is to have dishwasher detergent, but they did provide dish soap. Also, it would've been nice to know we needed to bring our own beach towels since some beach properties supply them. If visiting this area again, I'd definitely stay here. Overall great experience!

Fun for teens and adults alike!

We love the Gulf Shores area and the location of the condo. It was a short walk to beach volleyball and many great restaurants and shopping. Also “The Hangout” is great fun for teens and adults for dinner, games and live entertainment which was only a couple of blocks away. We drove around Orange Beach to compare and there seemed to be no sidewalks and a very busy dangerous road to brave if you dare to walk anywhere. An outlet in the kitchen needs attention and the floor could have been a bit cleaner but our host was very responsive when I had questions and it was a great experience.

Excellent Location

As in previous ratings, the condo itself could use some updating, however, the location is well worth a hard couch!! You can walk to anything and everything. Our first morning we woke up to dolphins swimming in the ocean. What could be better?? We'd definitely stay there again!
