Costa Verde - 6 Camere da letto Beach Home Front

Costa Verde è una grande casa unifamiliare situata direttamente sulla spiaggia, 3 miglia a ovest della Hwy 59. Godere di albe e tramonti dai ponti anteriori golfo situati su entrambi i livelli. Ampio soggiorno aperto è una delizia, con pareti di finestre che si affacciano su quelle onde del golfo. La grande cucina è un sogno! C'è anche una stazione di cucina al secondo piano con forno a microonde e un piccolo frigorifero. Icemaker al bar nella tana.

Tutte le camere sono ampie. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, ciascuno con vasche idromassaggio e doccia separate e accesso al balcone. Due altre camere da letto hanno letti queen size, con gli altri due cuccette doppie / singole, tutte con bagni annessi.

Tranquillo, con tutti i ristoranti e le attività nelle vicinanze!

Our stay was excellent. The house is perfect for a big family. They got new deck furniture while we were there. It sits several people on the deck now. We loved the house. Hope we can stay again sometime.

Gulf Shores Vacation

Wonderful stay for our entire family. The house was perfect for us amd only steps from the beach. We loved it, the worst part was packing up to leave.

House was lovely. Public beach access connected though and Frat party next door all week - not fun.

We have stayed here before - the house itself is really lovely. It had been a coral color -the outside has been painted a neutral gray. The inside could use some updates - especially the carpet. The layout is really conducive for couples or extended family. There were 8 adults in our group - all couples and everyone had their own space. There were all of the kitchen supplies one could want/need. We made dinner every evening, had coffee in the morning and there as even a blender for margaritas. We went to bed with the door open on the bedroom patio to hear the ocean waves rolling in and out. We had two really nice days/evenings - and then a group of 20 fraternity guys showed up at the property next door- the decks are right next to each other - and they had three levels of them. Their music was blasting all day until 4 in the morning. That became all we could hear for the next three nights - and the sound of their constant shouting outbursts and expletives. We asked them politely multiple times to turn it down while we tried enjoy coffee in the AM and again in the wee hours when sleeping. Also, the public access is right next to the house and ends up connecting to the house path to the beach so that didn't feel so private either with everyone coming and going in the front "yard". A mixed bag for us. Due to the location and the neighbor issues we would probably not go back despite the beautiful sunrises/sets. Everyone deserves a good nights sleep on vacation.

Awesome vacation rental!

The location of this property is fabulous! It was wonderful being just a few steps from the beach and waking up to that view every morning. We had more than enough room and the layout suited our family and friends perfectly! The property was clean and up to date, but our only complaint would be the lack of toilet paper and paper towels that were stocked for us. Other than that we had no complaints! We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the property. The best feature is all the bathrooms. House is right on the beach and there are no high rises nearby so the beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely book again!

Excellent!

Our family met for a reunion and had a wonderful time. Everything worked out very nicely and the beds slept good. You’re close enough to get to a Walmart or other stores that have supplies, yet you feel far enough away and secluded.

Great but with one issue

House was wonderful. Location is perfect. However when we arrived the house was not locked. The air conditioner upstairs was frozen up. We reached out to the maintenance guy who promptly called the A/C guys (on Labor Day). We also reached out to Melissa via a cell number she sent me. She never responded. Overall a great visit to the beach.

Family week at the Beach

This was a perfect home for our family to enjoy a beach week together. We had 8 adults, 2 teens, and 3 kids. We loved having access to the beach just outside the back door. We made good use of the fully equipped kitchen, making many of our meals at the house. We were able to easily have groceries delivered to our door. It was a quick drive to all the Gulf Shores restaurants and shops. The house was clean and comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets provided. Bring your own beach gear, or purchase at a local shop. Enjoy!
