This pet-friendly retreat sleeps up to 8 and offers access to a shared outdoor pool and hot tub, plus a convenient location close to local dining, shopping, and Gulf State Park.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with cozy linens and natural lighting for a relaxing escape.
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed—perfect for kids or shared space.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping options and is ideal for lounging and movie nights.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes all the cookware, appliances, and utensils you need to whip up your favorite meals. Adjacent dining space makes it easy to gather for breakfast or a casual dinner.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. ( limit 1- ONE DOG weighing NO MORE THAN 40lbs.)

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY (RELAXED): Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 7 to 13 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 7 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
