    Shoreline Breeze è una casa privata con 3 camere da letto e 4 bagni perfettamente decorata e progettata situata direttamente sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca zuccherata di West Beach a Gulf Shores, AL.

    Si entra nella casa al piano terra dove si trova il primo dei tre spazi per rilassarsi e guardare la grande TV HD. Questo spazio abitativo è dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale ed è perfetto per i bambini! Appena sulla prima rampa di scale trovi un bel piano aperto composto da una spaziosa zona giorno principale con grande HDTV, una cucina abitabile aperta con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, zona pranzo e una piccola area salotto per rilassarsi o leggendo un buon libro. Al largo della zona giorno principale è un grande ponte per ammirare le splendide viste sulla spiaggia privata e sul Golfo. Scendi le scale esterne per accedere alla doccia esterna e all'accesso privato alla spiaggia per te e per i tuoi ospiti.

    Appena fuori dalla cucina si trova il primo bagno con doccia piastrellata e ripiani in granito e la zona lavanderia di lusso con elettrodomestici HE. Dall'altra parte della zona giorno aperta troverete la master suite. Il master ha un letto king size, decorazioni eleganti e TV HD. Il bagno principale ha una doppia vanità, ripiani in granito, una doccia stand-up personalizzata e un'elegante vasca con piedini.

    Salite le scale fino al terzo piano e troverete la terza area soggiorno con TV HD, divano e sedia, tavolo con 4 posti a sedere e accesso al balcone fronte Golfo. Appena fuori dal lato sinistro della zona giorno si trova la prima camera degli ospiti con letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello, arredamento carino, TV HD e bagno privato. A destra della zona giorno si trova la seconda camera degli ospiti con un letto king size e una serie di letti a castello. Questa camera è completata da decorazioni nautiche, TV HD e un bagno privato adiacente con vasca / doccia.

My family has been visiting Gulf Shores for more than 35 years. We have used many local and national rental agencies, and Beachball Properties is one of the best. Their service and reservation process is excellent. Our stay in Gulf Shores was wonderful. Shoreline Breeze has a beautiful location and a great layout. The house is well supplied and the furniture is comfortable and up to date. Being an older house, it did have a few maintenance issues that did not impact our stay. We will look at this house for future visits.

Beach was great. The property is quite dated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good. The Kitchen and Dining Area were quite worn. The furniture in living room area on the main floor was very worn out. The property is for sale when we rented and twice had to make time for people to view the property for sale. This wasn't too bad, but certainly was an inconvenience that the host seemed to feel we should not have had an issue. Still, for the price it was good and everything worked fine.

Fantastic stay

Absolutely Loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. Only 2 bowls and 4 plates so plan to bring paper products. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Loved, loved, loved this rental.

Great vacation!

This home was just as advertised! Needs very few updates, living room furniture needs to be replaced and kitchen needs a little TLC but overall great place to stay! The view was breathtaking and the location was second to none! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Very nice property and location. A lot of lights were burnt out and the electric sockets in the two upstairs baths did not work.

Amazing trip!

The house was amazing! Master bedroom and bath were wonderful!! Close to beach! Closet under the house with toys,chairs etc ! It doesn’t have a good grill!!!! We had a great time!

Very clean. Lovely private beach. Looked just like the pictures showed. All amenities provided; i.e., towels, shampoo. laundry and dish detergents, etc. Great views from many spots inside the house. Covered parking and ability to wash sand off the car was an extra bonus.

Great location and property

We enjoyed this property! Beautiful interior, comfortable and clean. the extra frig was a big plus! A few minor repairs are needed and the living room couch is worn out with springs "sprung" making it difficult to utilize. The beach was stunning! We will be back... thanks.

The location and layout of this beach house was a dream. We had some mechanical issues with the fridge and the cable, but the landlord sent people right over to assist. There were some structural issues that caused a little concern (sagging balcony, uneven floor - trip hazard) and the outdoor shower pipe seems to be coming apart, but overall it is a great place to stay. The views can't be beat. Spacious, airy and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for our beach vacay. With a few structural fixes it would be a 10/10.

Outdoor shower was missing shower head, the downstairs beach chair/toy room was a total disaster, one of the dining room chairs collapsed with a guest while eating dinner and the kitchen was very poorly stocked i.e…. Pans, storage containers and kitchen gadgets like cheese graters, etc

Great location…

There are some amazing positives about this property. The location is GREAT! Just down the beach from town. The beach access is great! The master bath was updated and amazing!!! Lots of places for spread out. We had 10 people staying and it was a great fit. The house is clean and serviceable. We enjoyed having the second refrigerator in the laundry room. The thing that was somewhat surprising was the lack of maintenance to the overall house. I do t think this is a Beach Ball company issue, but an owner issue. Tropical Storm Albert went through while we were there. Windows and back door leaked during the rain. Other things we noticed were: Some windows are rotting. The dryer is one of the loudest dryers I have ever heard. Paint on the cabinets is flaking or scratching off. The couches had seen better days. One had a broken leg and springs coming out the bottom. We had to tighten a lag bolt on one of the bunk beds. Mostly, the above things didn't keep us from having a fun trip. I'm sure I paid for location. With that said, it is getting so expensive to rent for a week to have the house have these issues that could be easily fixed.

Beautiful vacation home!

Home was very clean and larger than what we truly needed for a family of four with two being teenage girls! We were able to really spread out as a result! There were very minor issues we came across so small I wouldn’t even call them “issues”. No usable grill, as one that appeared in the photos, but we just cooked on the stove instead. It truly felt like our own home and personal beach! The area felt very safe to let the cousins run back and forth between beach homes! 100% recommend this and other homes by Beachball Properties on West Beach Blvd!! We will stay again!

Awesome views.

Needes a bit of TLC. Countertops are seperating and becoming uneven. Cabinets need to be cleaned and painted. Just some maintenqnce would make this a much more desirable location.

Fabulous beachfront vacation home

Shoreline Breeze lives up to its name! First things first, location location location! It is right on the beach and that was priceless for our trip-- every morning the kids could run down to the beach first thing while we shipped coffee and strolled out behind them, and with the convenience of being right on the beach it was no big deal to come back in for a snack or to use the restroom and pop back out. One morning we even saw dolphins right from our back porch! The house itself was perfect for our two families vacationing together with three kids between us. The large living area, open kitchen and dining areas made it easy to all be together while cooking, playing board games or having a movie night, and the separate living area upstairs was perfect when the little kids wanted to watch something different while the older kid, adults watched downstairs. It was just a great space overall for a truly relaxing beach vacation. Cannot say enough good things, we will definitely be back!
