Seawind PH3 (Penthouse) è un bagno con tre (3) camere da letto, due (2) bagni situato direttamente sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Gulf Shores, AL. Questa unità può ospitare comodamente 8 persone e ha tutti i comfort che ci si può aspettare con un lussuoso condominio fronte golfo. Il complesso Seawind si trova direttamente nel cuore di Gulf Shores, AL ed è a pochi passi da molti ottimi ristoranti e negozi, incluso il famoso ristorante Sea & Suds.

Appena entri nell'unità troverai la prima camera degli ospiti direttamente alla tua sinistra. Questa camera accogliente è dotata di un letto Twin Day e un doppio rotelle estraibile sotto. Alla vostra destra immediata è la seconda camera da letto degli ospiti con un letto matrimoniale, HDTV e accesso privato alla sala, bagno in comune completo. Nel corridoio c'è una lavanderia piena e bagno completo. Più avanti nel corridoio si entra nello spazio abitativo principale con cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo, soggiorno e accesso al balcone. Appena fuori dalla zona giorno si trova la camera matrimoniale con letto king size, HTDV, bagno privato e accesso al balcone privato.

Had another wonderful stay

This was our second year at Seawind, at again, it was wonderful. Check in was easy, property manager was helpful and responsive. Unit was beautiful and clean, and we had a wonderful stay. We will be booking again next summer.

Perfect end of summer trip

This condo was perfect for our end of summer getaway. It had everything we needed for our week. We have stayed at the Seawind complex before and this was even better than the last. Everything you could need for the beach was there - sand toys, nets, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and bags to help you carry it all down with you. The added touches of board games, books and movies were perfect too. My youngest fell in love with the “Bee” movie and the Balooga book. We love the location of the building with the little market and surf store across the street. Also, the beach access is perfect. We had groceries delivered and the driver didn’t have a problem locating the unit and had everything on one of the building provided carts.

Great experience. Very clean and location is perfect.

The only thing I would say that could be improved is the water pressure in the showers. When dealing with sand, you need more than a tickle of water. Great other than that.

Nice condo, great view, needs a little cleaning.

We stayed in the condo this past week. The views were awesome. The place is quiet. And there is so much to do. The only complaint I have is that the property was not as clean as it should have been. There was dust on the walls from a lack of changing air filters. The floors were dirty and left my kids feet black. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty as well. Aside from those things we had a great time and liked where we were.

Almost great!

Penthouse 3 in the Seawinds was nice & clean. However, the four poster king bed in the primary bedroom is so high that we both had difficulty getting up on it every night. The metal table set on the balcony is completely rusted out making it unsafe for anyone to use. There are beater blades in the kitchen drawer but no mixer. Additionally there is a giant frying pan & a tiny frying pan but no normal sized pan.

The pools are very small. They were closed twice while we were there, the second time it was for a full day. The elevators are slow. There are only 2 for the entire facility. The condo is in need of repairs and a complete update to the patio set. The patio set is completely broken and not useable.

Not worth the money

For the money we paid for this penthouse, it was poor. The ice maker didn't work; had to make/buy ice all week. Cobwebs/dirt on ceiling and doors. Second bedroom bed very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture all rusted; tile missing from outdoor table and not level (foot rusted off); could only use 2 chairs.

We loved the condo... the hot tub was down the whole time we was there. And the security lady at the gate just followed everyone around she ended up in most of our pictures cuz she was constantly standing by us to make sure noone ate in pool area or did anything 🙄

The indoor furniture was up to date and comfortable. The patio furniture was rusted with uneven legs

I would have appreciated knowing the balconies and elevator areas were being painted, we were unable to use the1st and 2 floors to get off the elevators requiring us to have to use the stairs. We had painters on our 20 th story balcony 2 days. The ice maker in our unit didn’t work, repair man had to order a part.

Great place and location to stay, walking distance to tons of eating places. Great place and view.

location was great within walking distance to a few restaurants, room was amazing and the view was perfect. One of the Elevator was down at the time but they were doing a great job having an Elevator person control elevator. Yes we had to wait longer than usual since it was the 20th floor, they did get the 2nd one fixed the last day we were there so everything else was quick. But besides that we all enjoyed the stay. Definitely deserves 5 stars, plenty of parking. The room was clean and well maintained.

Meh, we wouldn't stay again

Overall we had an okay stay but there were a few issues 1) We recieved the text for checkin and headed up to the room. We had stopped at the grocery store and had a wagon full of cold groceries that needed to be refrigerated. Upon opening the door we were rudely stopped by the cleaning crew who stated the room was not ready and to wait outside and then shut the door in our face. We have a two year old and a four year old and had driven through the night so this was NOT a pleasant way to start our trip. Not to mention it was over 90 degrees and I wanted the groceries in the fridge ASAP. 2) When I went to use the garbage disposal there was a nasty moldy looking washcloth shoved inside. This really had me questioning how well things were cleaned, especially with COVID concerns. 3) We saw multiple roaches during our stay. Other than that the property was okay, gorgeous views from the balcony and the kids had a blast in the splash pool. Only other suggestion would be a set of non stick skillets, it was impossible to make anything with the skillets currently in the condo.

This condo was the worst I’ve ever stayed in in the 25 yrs of coming to the beach. The curtains was torn the beds worn out furniture was not comfortable at all inside and out. Was worn out. Kitchen was ok. The elevators as you know I’d inadiqent for this condo. And no one was sanitizing anywhere in this condo this was my first time useing your service. And I wasn’t pleased. At all!!!
