Spyglass 101-A APPENA RISTRUTTURATO: 2BR, 2BA, 8 posti letto. I nostri ospiti adorano questo posto!

Spyglass è un piccolo complesso di case a schiera proprio sulla spiaggia e Spyglass Oceanside (unità 101-A) è 1 delle sole 2 unità terminali che si trovano proprio e letteralmente sulla spiaggia e si affacciano sul golfo - semplici passi verso l'oceano! Parcheggiare vicino alla 101-A e camminare per pochi passi verso la casa o la spiaggia.

Spyglass Condominiums è un vero complesso a 2 piani a bassa densità che si trova proprio sulla spiaggia con una bellissima sabbia bianca e acque cristalline. Parcheggia direttamente accanto al passaggio del condominio e all'interno della Spyglass 101-A con la sua entrata senza chiave privata. Nessuna attesa per gli ascensori!

Il nostro bellissimo tratto di spiaggia poco affollata è davvero imbattibile e la comoda posizione centrale è vicino a ottimi ristoranti e negozi.

Questa unità di un piano completamente rinnovata può ospitare sei persone e comprende 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi, 1 1/2 bagno, 1150 piedi quadrati, con parcheggio per due auto direttamente presso l'unità. Questa comunità per famiglie ha anche una piscina ombreggiata e proprio sotto Spyglass 101-A.

Il layout aperto comprende un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina che si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabile. Godetevi un caffè o un cocktail sul balcone / ponte con una vista libera sul golfo.

La Master Suite ha un ampio bagno privato con doppio lavabo e dispone di un nuovo letto king size Posturepedic King e TV a schermo piatto. La seconda camera comprende un comodo letto matrimoniale, comodi letti a castello e una TV a schermo piatto.

This end unit was the perfect location for us. We loved having direct access to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Check in and check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was as close to the beach as you could get. The location cannot be beat. Great communication with host. Fantastic views from every window. We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and watching the water. You get to enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets from your deck. You won’t be disappointed!!

The location is top-notch! As advertised, a quiet little nook between a (calm, no parking) beach access path and a lower-rise condo building. The ability to just walk out 50 steps to the water is what we wanted! No elevators, just straight from our deck to the sand. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee, lunch, sunrise/sunsets. Beds were very comfortable, but new pillows would be welcome. A/C worked great, parking was great, having a W/D in unit is handy. I wish the dining table had chairs for the capacity of the unit (6 - and we are a family of 6). We had to split between the bar stools and the table for our meals. We have four teens, so for them the bathroom was small to share, but it was a fair trade-off for the location and price. One thing that needs a clean-out is the kitchen cabinets - lots of random stuff in drawers and cabinets made them look messy and disorganized. Under the kitchen sink needs a cleaning. We wished the TVs were smart tv's so we could have streamed a family movie night. Marty was quick to respond when we needed something, and took care of anything that popped up. We would choose this unit again, truly couldn't beat the location and views.

The place was beautiful, clean and perfect for our lil group. The view of the beach and access to beach was great. Only negative was parking area, but the parking spots for 101A in my opinion, are the best ones. Loved everything and will definitely stay there again.

Good news…the property was gorgeous, functional, and clean. Bad news…we are ruined for any other beach location going forward - you literally can’t get any closer to that beautiful sand. Communication was excellent and the entire experience was outstanding. We hope to return!

Absolutely perfect!!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and this property made our trip perfect! The location cannot be beat as you're steps away from both the beach and the pool. The second bedroom was perfect for my children. We all loved it and cannot wait to visit again!

Beach front beautiful

You can't beat the location. Right at the beach only steps to the water. The view from the living room and patio is spectacular. Nice seating for morning coffee or evening wine. We would sit and watch the kids play right below. Owners super responsive and helpful! Condo is spaciousa and had everything we needed. Plenty pots and pans, plates and cups and the washer/dryer were so nice to have especially with kids. We traveled with 3adults and 4 kds aged 5 to 11 and had plenty of space to lounge, eat, and play games. Lots of towels and extra blankets available. Murphy bed was awesome! The bed in master and guest room were really hard. Too hard for our liking but if you like a firm mattress it'll be fine. The Murphy bed and bunk bed mattresses were soft. Bottom of the stairs held our beach toys and chairs without worry anyone would take them. Pool underneath building was fine, a bit small but honestly enough for the kids especially when they needed a moment to get out of the sun. Stores super close and convenient. Parking right next to unit. Beach house kitchen and cocktails restaurant was amazing and super reasonably priced. Right down the street! Must go eat there! No extra spices or trash bags or other household items available which is normal but prepare to bring or buy extra. Starter items are provided though and got us through he first couple days. Overall the home exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely return! We plan to!

View and steps from beach

It was clean. Close to everything and good location in the beach. We stayed in an end unit and our deck with beachfront. We had several things there that I didn’t know was there like iron, coffee pot and Keri’s box fans. These where just a few extras that I had brought not k owing they had. We would stay here again

Wonderful stay

I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. I actually tried to book again later this summer but sad to see it’s fully booked but I completely understand why. The beach access is perfection, very nice accommodations and excellent location.
