Book Sea Oats F203! Located in the scenic Sea Oats community on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Unit F203 offers a peaceful and well-appointed vacation rental, perfect for a relaxing coastal retreat. Set directly on Little Lagoon and just a short walk from the community's deeded beach access, this condo combines the best of both lagoon and Gulf living.

Sea Oats boasts a wide range of amenities, including two large pools, each with separate gated kiddie pools, and a picnic pavilion right along the lagoon where you can spend your day fishing from the pier. With a dedicated fish cleaning station and a boat launch on the north side of Little Lagoon, this is an ideal spot for anglers. Bring your own boat or kayak or rent one nearby to explore the waters at your own pace.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit offers a spacious layout, featuring two separate dining areas and a comfortable den with a pullout sofa that allows the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and an updated ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, making it great for additional guests. Step outside to the large balcony to enjoy a cool Gulf breeze and relax after a day in the sun.

Sea Oats is located just 3.5 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores, providing a peaceful escape while keeping you close to all the excitement. When you’re ready to explore the local attractions, it’s a short drive to popular spots like The Hangout, Sea-N-Suds, and The Pink Pony. You’re also just 15-20 minutes away from The Wharf in Orange Beach, OWA Parks & Resorts, and The Gulf Zoo.

Parking: 2 parking passes will be in your unit when you arrive.  Please make sure to fill out completely and display in your vehicle(s) at all times during your stay. There is a maximum of 2 spaces per unit. The first vehicle must park in space F203 under the condo.  The second vehicle must park by one of the pools in any available space.

As a housekeeper it is very easy to pick a place apart but there was nothing to pick at here the place was clean and nice. We absolutely enjoyed this place our favorite part of the condo was the balcony.

Overall the condo was good. Great location, safe, and the beach was great right across from the condo. Cleanliness was not the best. I swept up dirt and hair the first day, needed to be mopped. Also dirty under the beds, other renters socks were under the bed. And shower needed a better cleaning, some mold in the corners.

The kitchen drain clogged, but someone came to fix it that day. The hall bathroom could use renovation like master bath. Overall, happy with property/stay.

This was a nice condo. The only negative is that it is up two flights of stairs. So carrying up luggage and supplies was a work out for us older people. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed time with our son and grands.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Great location with easy beach access and nice lagoon docks. One problem we had was wifi access, but an email to the rental company and it was fixed quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Nice place, wished our view consisted of seeing the ocean or lagoon, rather than the other condos; and that there was at least one more seat in the living room for seating due to 4 people.

Property was amazing and very clean. The only issue was going up and down all those stairs! Great location between the lagoon and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
