Enjoy beautiful views at Lagoon Tower, with only two units per floor. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor (secure high-speed elevator access only to your floor). Two pools, an exercise room, deeded beach access directly across the street, outdoor BBQ grills, and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and stainless-steel cookware. Adjacent wet bar features a sink and ice-machine. There is a center island that seats 5, plus the dining table seats 6. The kitchen contains service for 12. Unit also has a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, and a Crock pot; all the conveniences of home including a beverage and coffee bar. A great perk is a separate beverage refrigerator that is provided for all of your cold drinks. Enjoy our wonderful gulf shrimp with a shrimp boil 20 QT, Shrimp Pot for your use. There is also a large pasta/steam pot.

Large flatscreen TV in the living area with over 180 Dish satellite channels, Starz movie channels, Sirius music channels and a Bluetooth soundbar to stream your own favorite music. You can pause/rewind/fast forward and even record shows during your stay. If you have your own streaming device (Roku, Apple TV, Firestick, etc.) feel free to plug it into the HDMI extender cord that is near the TV soundbar in the living area.

For your phone/tablet/gadget charging needs, high end Tripp Lite charging stations are installed in each bedroom and at the computer station.

Two shoe towers (Flip Flop Parking Stations), one just outside the unit and one just inside the unit are provided for your convenience.

The very spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, electric fireplace, and private balcony access. You can find a sleep sound machine plus a big private bath with a walk-in shower and a deep jetted tub. Two guest rooms have a king and a queen-sized bed, and a sleep sound machine. Both extra bedrooms have private baths. All bedrooms have beautiful views thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. Flat-Screen TVs with Dish satellite are in all of the bedrooms. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

This unit also has a large library of movies for your enjoyment. A great selection of books for reading, and games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy a game night together.

Another great feature of your stay, is a work desk complete with a desktop computer and high-speed printer for your work needs while visiting. You can print right from your phone or tablet. High speed wireless internet is here for all of your streaming needs. A six-outlet Tripp Lite surge protected charging station is at the computer desk for your use. For your security, the computer will reset every day at 2:00AM. All data is erased including websites, passwords, files, or anything else. Please do not store any files on the computer because they will be gone the next morning.

There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located inside the condo. Extra-large laundry hampers are in each bedroom and laundry baskets in the laundry room are there for your convenience.

A Fire extinguisher is also in laundry room as well as in the elevator hallway. A convenient trash chute is also located in the elevator hallway. The balcony showcases beautiful views of Little Lagoon and features plenty of Trex /Polywood seating, including a lounge chair.

The best ""Happy Hours"" start right here. The sunsets have to be seen to be believed. The sunrises aren't bad either. A private covered pier is available with first come/first served boat slips at no additional cost and there is a stainless-steel fish cleaning station, fish lights, overhead lights and electric. Bring your fishing and crabbing gear.

**There is a ring camera located at the front door.
**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
**This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.

Parking: Two parking passes are provided per reservation; the cost is $70 for both passes. A 3rd pass can be purchased upon request, additional fees will apply. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

**There is a key fob to access the elevator, if this key fob is lost the HOA will charge $100.00 to replace.**
