Il più vicino possibile alla spiaggia! Melonheads è un noleggio adatto alle famiglie e ha un concetto aperto zona soggiorno-pranzo-cucina con soffitti a volta e vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e bellissima spiaggia con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. Tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere e 6 grandi posti a sedere sull'isola (12 posti a sedere in totale disponibili) Cucina completamente attrezzata per coloro a cui piace stare e sfruttare al massimo il tempo trascorso in spiaggia. Appena rinnovato e aggiornato. Non vorrai perderti questa bellissima casa!
Ci sono quattro camere da letto al piano principale con 2. 5 bagni: l'ala est ha un bagno completo e 2 camere da letto: camera da letto matrimoniale e camera da letto matrimoniale / doppia a castello. L'ala ovest ha un bagno completo e 2 camere da letto: camera matrimoniale e camera matrimoniale. Al piano superiore troverete una camera matrimoniale con una splendida vista sulla spiaggia. Include un letto king-size e una zona salotto e un ampio bagno principale con vasca e doccia separate.
Ci sono quattro posti auto coperti nella parte anteriore della casa e un grande ponte sotto la casa che si affaccia sull'oceano. Questo rende una zona fantastica per cenare, giocare e rilassarsi all'ombra. Questa zona dispone anche di una doccia esterna perfettamente funzionante con acqua calda e fredda.
Situato nella desiderabile comunità balneare di Surf Side Shores, appena passato il rinomato campo da golf di classe mondiale Kiva Dunes! Molto vicino a un piccolo negozio di generi alimentari / hardware / liquori e frutti di mare locale quando non si vuole guidare in Costa del Golfo. Tuttavia, in soli 20 minuti raggiungi negozi di alimentari e ristoranti di grandi catene. Il meglio dei due mondi. Tutti i servizi, ma sei abbastanza lontano dalla folla per rivendicare questo come il tuo piccolo angolo di paradiso.
Disponibile da sabato a sabato affitto settimanale nei mesi estivi di punta. Minimo 4 giorni di noleggio negli altri mesi, e si prega di chiamare se si ha interesse per il noleggio mensile. Nessun gruppo di studenti è accettato, gli affittuari devono avere più di 25 anni per il noleggio e prima dell'arrivo abbiamo bisogno di una copia della licenza della persona che prenota. Pretty much perfect!!

We had the best time at the Melonheads Beach House! Great location, rooms and beds were so cozy and comfortable and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our grandchildren LOVED all the toys too. Lots of memories were made and we can’t wait to go back!!

Great family vacation

A beautiful place with beach access and everything we needed to relax and enjoy. Amazing to watch our boys with their sons playing in the sand and waves. Brought back great memories of when they were little. Sunrise and sunset views topped off a great week.

A Thanksgiving to Remember

We had a small family reunion for Thanksgiving in Gulf Shores. We came from New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Tennessee. We watched both sunrise and sunset over the water from the same deck. We were able to swim and walk out to sandbars the week of Thanksgiving - something unheard of in the states we all came from (in fact, many of us returned to snow!) The kitchen was AMAZINGLY well stocked! And large enough to allow multiple people to prepare their dishes at the same time. We had a great time - and I'm sure anyone reading this will too!

Really enjoyed our stay.

My overall impression was good. The only thing we were really disappointed with was a lot of the windows in the front room. There was moisture between the panes and you could not see out of them.

Relaxing Holiday

We were 3 couples enjoying a 4 night stay in March. The house is beautiful with fabulous views of the ocean, large open spaces and a king bed and private bath for each couple. The house is in a quiet area and easy driving distance to Gulf Shores and the Dauphin Island Ferry. Gorgeous beaches and a wildlife preserve nearby for walking and birding. We watched lots of dolphins swimming each morning while eating breakfast. Relaxing upper and lower decks face the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and airy. Plenty of games, books and DVDs on site for guests to enjoy. Reasonably priced for the location. We were thrilled with our stay. Perfect for medium to large groups.

Awesome

Everyone was pleased with our stay, the short walk to the beach was fantastic. The house gave us room to gather or seek some privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing lacking was a lift for getting luggage etc. up the steps, thanks to our grandkids it worked for us, but may not work for others. Overall wonderful trip and beach house.

Fantastic home on the beach!

This home has it all. You practically don't need to bring anything other than your clothes and food. The setup of the property was perfect. And the location can't be beat. Steps from the beach. There's all sorts of beach items to use. We will definitely be back soon.

Family vacay

This tripped checked one item off my bucket list! I’ve always wanted to stay in a beach house with my adult children and grandchildren. We had a blast! This property provided us with all we needed and the backyard is the ocean with amazing sunsets. We had plenty of room and we all enjoyed the outside shaded sitting area below the house.

Family fun at the beach

Plenty of space including a really nice sitting/eating area under the house, it’s shady and the ocean breeze keeps it cool. Lots of beach toys for the kids located in a storage room under the house. This is our 3rd year to stay here and we will be back!

Wonderful beachfront home!

We went for spring break with our family of six adults and two elementary school aged kids. We had a wonderful time being ON THE BEACH and staying in this lovely home. We had perfect weather and enjoyed being able to get the most possible beach time in by being steps away from the sand and ocean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need and we were glad to have an ice machine for coolers and cocktails. We will for sure be going back!

Incredible view and location

Just what we were looking for!

Exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach and plenty of elbow room for our party of 6 - but just a 15 minute drive to the heart of Gulf Shores.

Perfect first visit to Gulf Shores area

No issues. No complaints. We feel this was the prime spot for our first visit to the Gulf Shores area. My family thoroughly enjoyed the beach and time spent inside the beach house. The layout of the house was perfect for my family. We put the kitchen to good use each morning for breakfast. We were pleased with the spaciousness allowing many cooks in the kitchen. My husband’s favorite hang out was the deck below. We enjoyed playing games there while waiting for the rain showers to pass. Our upstairs suite was so comfy and peaceful. Actually the ONLY complaint was from my daughter about her bed being lumpy. It was the queen bed in the room on the left. But she survived. The location was ideal. We made wonderful memories here and are already discussing our return. Thank you for the best vacation!

Hot & Humid in the south

Even though the temps soared, sitting under the house was really nice, much cooler than the upper decks in neighboring houses. Did a shrimp boil down there and grilled, it’s a really nice set up!

Great location

This was the perfect home and location for our family (six adults and four children). It is away from the huge condos so the beach is not overcrowded. It was wonderful setting on the shaded deck seeing and listening to the surf. And, there is a gentle slope so the kids could get quite a ways from shore without getting very deep. There is one problem, it will spoil you. We all agreed that this was our best vacation ever!

Great beachfront stay

This property is located on a quiet stretch of beach, far away from the touristy areas. We had 11 in our party and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and there was plenty of space for everyone. This is a great place for extended family to enjoy time together. We even had our groceries delivered by Instacart so we didn’t have to leave the beach.
