Benvenuti a Island Tower 1902

3 camere da letto, 3 bagni L'unità fronte mare si trova al 19 ° piano. Questa unità offre due suite master del Golfo-front. Una suite matrimoniale dispone di un letto king-size e di un bagno privato dotato di vasca idromassaggio e doccia a pavimento separata. La seconda suite master ha anche un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera da letto ha un letto completo con un rotolo completo. Questa unità dormirebbe 10 persone con un divano letto nel soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con contatori in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inox. Internet wireless gratuito e TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere e nel soggiorno.

I servizi dell'Isola Tower comprendono una piscina coperta riscaldata al Golfo, una sauna, un centro fitness sul golfo, un'ampia piscina all'aperto sul lato spiaggia con area lounge, parco giochi, zona barbecue, parcheggio coperto, due ascensori ad alta velocità e 150 piedi di spiaggia di sabbia bianca.

Overall our stay was pleasant. There was a lot of issues with communication between us and the Liquid Life Rentals. No one could give us a straight answer on things and there was a lot of run around. The parking pass issue was a nightmare, after speaking to 5 different people, we ended up having to buy another parking pass for 60 dollars and drive across town to pick it up when we initially requested 3 when we booked the property. We were told that was fine, then got there and found out we were only allowed 2 and was only given 1. None of the codes that were given to us to access the indoor pool or gym worked. We did extend our stay 1 day and the new code given to us didn’t work and had to call Liquid Life Rentals 3 separate times to finally get a code to work. The overall room was pleasant and nice. Very pretty beach view and great location. I do not recommend using Liquid Life Rentals until they can get their internal issues worked out. Some of the people there were very rude and seemed as if it was a bother to assist us with issues we were having.

Perfect Location

Beautiful Gulf views and right on the beach. Within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Room was in great shape and well taken care of. Had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

Wonderful Place

The 3 full sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for us two old couples. Everything in the condo looked new and everything was exceptionally clean. Of course, we spent a lot of our time on the oversized balcony looking out at the ocean. Two bedrooms and the living room opened onto the balcony through sliding glass doors. Construction kept us from using the outdoor pool. My wife said there was in indoor pool but we never made it there either. Brother-in-law wanted to fish each day on the pier, so he and I stayed busy doing that each day. Went to a couple of nice places to eat near by and drove to Lamberts to eat one night. Only drawback was my bad (I left a ziplock bag under our bathroom sink with some medicines and a few other things; but nothing that couldn't be replaced.) To sum up everything, we had a wonderful stay.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at Island Tower. The location was perfect and the set up of the condo fit our family of five great. We all agreed this was our favorite VRBO rental yet. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Loved everything about this condo. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean upon our arrival. The elevators were fast. It was Convient to be able to walk next door to eat. The view was breath taking.

Loved it!

Very nice - we loved the condo and plan to go back! The kitchen was very well stocked with newer cookware (you don't often find nice cookware in a condo kitchen) and the condo was very clean and beautifully remodeled. The property was great as well, only draw back was the fitness center was closed. The location was great too, walking distance to great restaurants.

Family Trip

We had a great time, and very pleased that the condo looked just like it did online. We were not disappointed! My husband and I were there alone the first week, and our family came the second week, for a total of 7 people. The condo was a great size, and we never felt like we were bumping into each other! We were a little bummed that the fitness center was not open while we were there, but they did let us know before we came. This was our second trip to Gulf Shores, and had just as great a time as last time. We would rent in this building again. We were told that one of the elevators would be down, so they could work on some of the condos. We were worried, but it ended up not being a problem at all! We highly recommend this property!

Nice Condo

This is the first time we have ever stayed at this condo. Overall I’m pleased. We had a few issues. The elevators were down a couple of times and it’s definitely no fun climbing 19 flights of stairs. Our fridge quit on the day before we checked out. I emailed liquid life they sent someone out right away. He thought he had fixed it but hours later it still wasn’t working. I sent another email they had someone else come and look at it. (Very quickly) He determined that it was the compressor. He offered to be a loaner until they could get a new one there the next day since we were leaving the next morning we didn’t have them fool with it. The unit itself was beautiful the balcony is huge! We had a great time and pleased with how Liquid Life handled everything.

Location and size good

This property was good over all, the balcony was amazing and being on the 19th floor gave a great view. The beach is close and there are even chairs and umbrellas you can rent. The pool was nice but a bit on the small side, got crowded at times. All of the rooms are a nice size and the couch in the living rooms folds out to a bed. The only thing that happened on our stay was, one of the elevators was broken our whole visit. Overall it was a good stay.

Luxury condo on the beach!

This rental is a gem! Modern remodel made us feel like we were living in luxury. The beds are very comfortable and the condo was clean. Communication with the management company was easy and they were quick to respond. The elevators had a couple of issues during our stay, but maintenance came quickly to solve the problem. There are only three condos on each floor, so the building seemed quiet. We will be back!!!
