The condo features a spacious layout with comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a king bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.

Things to know
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• Suitable for children (2-12 years).
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years).
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Disappointing amenities

The condo itself was fine, though kind of strangely laid out. (Especially the master bed and bathroom) The pool at the property was small and on the side of the building, making it only in the sun for a couple of hours a day. It also frequently seemed dirty and cloudy.
