Located directly across from the beach on Little Lagoon, Lagoon Landing has a small boat launch perfect for a kayak, jet ski, or small boat, outdoor pool, pier, fish cleaning station, and deeded beach access.

The Space:

With the Gulf of America a few steps in one direction and spectacular sunsets over Little Lagoon in the other, this Lagoon Landing condo is a place to take in the serene natural beauty of Gulf Shores. Beachgoer or golfer, angler or sun-seeker, you'll feel right at home in this lovely setting. Lagoon Landing is a waterfront complex that backs up to the Little Lagoon. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, piers at the lagoon's edge, and outdoor picnic and lounge areas in both sun and shade. To reach the white sand beach, simply cross West Beach Boulevard. The heart of Gulf Shores - home to many restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, including Gulf State Park - is about three miles up the coast. Take the elevator upstairs to the second floor, where this beautifully polished condo awaits. All throughout, curated furnishings, shiplap accents, and soft neutral tones contribute to the feeling of coastal elegance. Enjoy a chic kitchen with stainless steel appliances offering a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker, a dedicated dining space, and a living room that opens to a shaded deck. *AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
*Unit 202 is on the second level. There is an elevator.
