Having 2 balconies one facing the lagoon and the other the ocean was great! Seeing the water from anywhere in the condo was pretty nice.

Good location. Condo served its purpose.

Good location. Condo served its purpose. The one we rented was through Youngs Sun Realty, which does not have its location mentioned anywhere on the reservation, nor did it say that you have to go to another location to check in... Luckily I was able to google the location of the realtor, 7 miles away, drive there, get the info, pay another $172, and then drive back to check in. I have stayed in a condo in Florida and the check in information was listed on the Expedia itinerary, this one was not, so we did not know until we arrived. Other than that... it was ok. The staff we encountered was not friendly. But the location was right across from the beach, and far removed from anything considered city, so if that's what you're looking for it was good.

It was clean & convenient. The lock on the front door was a bit of a pain...we had to pull on the door handle to lock/unlock.

Dirty pool and condo needed updating.

Overall we had a good experience in this condo. We liked how little we had to walk to get to the beach and it has everything we needed to prepare food. Though it was small it has everything we needed. The condo needed some updates: New dryer (current one makes horrible noises and takes forever to dry), some fixtures were broken (door knobs, toilet paper holder). The pool seemed dirty and the surrounding concrete was very slick and had no where for the water to drain away.

Great views, Close to beach

Property is across the street from the beach toward the western end of Gulf Shores. Not very crowded at all, very pleasant beach experience. Condo is slightly dated, but was clean and quiet. Nice pool at the facility. Staff was helpful, but not terribly efficient. We extended our stay by a day upon check in and even after calling to verify that had been taken care of a couple of days later, we ended up locked out of our condo. Had to call for a new code and then housekeeping walked in on us. Seems like information is not updated like it should be. Decent place for the money we spent. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Not enough tissue. I'm pretty sure they saw how many people were staying. 1 roll is not enough. Plus it was very hot in the rooms. Whe had to open the sliding doors to cool off. I felt bad for the people who slept in the other room:(

Worst hotel I have been

This is one of the worst hotel I ever have been with for the last 20yrs. The experience should be -1. No register person in the hotel to get room key, just a phone number. Then told to go to 10 miles difference location to get the room key, and it closed with a phone number to call. It took 1-1/2 hrs beforecan get the room keys. The hotel had no person service, no security, no mate for room service, JUST NO HOTEL SERVICE. Everybody can get in hotel and room without any kind of security. NO recommand fo this hotel.

Condo was dirty. We had to clean the floors before we even unpacked. The toilet ran constantly and air conditioner went out the day before we had to leave so we left early.

Perfect Vacation

This place was beautiful. This was our very first family vacation and it was amazing. The hotel was nice, everyone was friendly and we had a great stay. I would stay another week in a heart beat!!

Great Get Away

Me and a few friends had a great time, wonderful vacation. The Hotel never bothered us with anything until check-out time. The rooms are small but who cares! We didn't come to stay in the room! Nice amenities for a reasonable price.

Nice stay

The room we stayed in was very nice and updated. It could have used a little maintenance, but nothing major. Beach is right across the road which was nice, but everything else is 3+ miles away. My only complaints were that we weren't told ahead of time that we had to check in somewhere other than at the location and had to backtrack about 20 minutes to check in elsewhere. Also, the room description said that there would be three beds and a jacuzzi. There were only two beds and a regular bathtub. It was definitely worth the price though and I would stay there again.

Gulf Shores Surf and Rackquet Club

We had a very nice stay. This is the perfect condo for a family vacation. This is not a teenage hangout but more of a family or couple condo with a great view of the ocean and its own private beach access across the street. This condo even had a fishing pier where my son a I were able to fish.

Know your charges

What was supposed to be a nice deal for around $200 for 2 nights ended up being almost $400 after the booking agent added charges of processing, cleaning fees, and even $20 parking fee. The place was nice but not for all the extra charges. No way I would recommend.

This condo is in a horrible location.

I did not enjoy my trip to this condo at all. The location was horrible, the staff was not friendly in the least bit, and it was not very clean. I do not recommend this condo.

I'll never use Hotels.com or Youngs SunCoast again

First, on my way there Young's Suncoast called to say my original choice of hotel really wasn't available and that they were moving me to a location IN ANOTHER TOWN! Then I arrived to find out that what Hotels.com advertised as the rate wasn't even half of what the charges would be and Young's charged me an additional amount per night more than the original rate... for cleaning!!! And the place was filthy!) OUTRAGEOUS! NEVER AGAIN. PURE AND SIMPLE FRAUD!
