"Gulf Tower 4C, situato a 1051 West Beach Boulevard, in un condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni, con splendide viste sul Golfo del Messico. La master suite contiene un letto king size mentre la camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli e nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto per sistemazione aggiuntiva. Questa unità può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone. Con tre TV, tre lettori DVD, un impianto stereo e WiFi, sarai sicuro di rimanere connesso e divertito durante il tuo soggiorno (tieni presente che la TV nella stanza degli ospiti è solo per uso DVD). Gulf Tower 4C ha sia una cucina completa e lavatrice in asciugatrice in unità per la vostra convenienza. Prenditi il tempo per rilassarti sul balcone chiuso di vetro, ma assicurati di aprirlo per consentire i suoni e i profumi confortanti del golfo nella tua casa lontano da casa!

La Gulf Tower si trova in una posizione privilegiata sulle coste del Golfo. 1. 5 miglia dal famoso Hangout e dalle spiagge pubbliche e 3 miglia dal Gulf State Park & Pier. Per non parlare della vicinanza a tutti i migliori ristoranti e negozi che quest'isola ha da offrire! Oltre alla fantastica vista sulla costa, c'è anche una piscina all'aperto, griglie per barbecue, palestra e WiFi gratuito nella Club Room per il vostro uso e piacere. Questa posizione ha un ascensore per facilitare l'accesso in tutto l'edificio.

Great Location, Property needs updating

We like staying at the Gulf Tower. While the building is older, the location is great. It's close to things, but away from the busyness. We like the beach too. This condo is older, needs updating, the furniture was really uncomfortable, and it wasn't that clean.

Not worth it

The property management company was okay to work with, though they forgot to give us the fob to check in upon arrival. However, the owner of this company is absolutely HORRID. I would not come back. Our parking pass blew onto the seat of our car instead of staying in the windshield and the property owner was incredibly rude. He booted our vehicle and the towing company tried to help us, but the owner wouldn’t let them take it off without us paying hundreds of dollars cash. No other payment was acceptable. Speaking to him on the phone he was degrading and all around unkind.

Not clean

The overall condo was nice but very dated which did not appear like this in the pictures. The linens were not clean at all! The pillows and bed spread had stains on them. I would not recommend renting this unit.

Rust coming out of Master bathroom sink.

So first ,I must say the unit was very clean , but interior a little dated. Location was great , pool nice and of course is beach was beautiful. My main complaint would be the rust coming out of the master bath faucet, I did not check the other water sources.( The water does look clean coming out of faucet .)I had to put a white wash cloth in the sink under the faucet because of a constant drip. The next morning the wash cloth had rust all over it from the drip. This was disturbing because I had been drinking the water. When I called to notify Bender Realty I was told that the building would be getting a retrofitting to fix this. I spoke to multiple condo OWNERS there and was told this was finished in 2012 and they just had their annual HOA meeting the day before and no additional work is in the budget for the next 5 yrs. So beware and don’t drink or use water unless you do the white wash cloth test. I have a picture and video of this I will try to post.

Gulf Shores Vacay

We really enjoyed Gulf Tower. We have stayed several times at this condo and always enjoy our stay. For this particular unit, we did not like that there was not a glass door separating the balcony from the living area.

Great spot

We enjoyed this condo. It was a great location steps from the beach. We appreciated some beach chairs that were left behind. We also left some beach toys for the next guests. there were some rips in the couch cushions but we were told that would be fixed soon. Blinds in the guest bedroom were somewhat broken. The beds in the condo could use an update, but We slept OK. Could use a new cooking pan. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

Family’s first trip

The condo was great and the beach access was wonderful. Great location to eating areas. Beach was well maintained and very relaxing. Condo had all needed items. ONLY complaint is on the last night, as we was starting our 3rd load of laundry the washer started pouring water out of the bottom and flooded the laundry room and kitchen. Called the emergency number and all they told us was they would report it in the morning and to hang all towels up to dry or dry them in the dryer. It took us over an hour to clean it up and they never once offered to send someone to check on it or repair it nor did they offer us any new clean towels for the next morning showers before checkout. Trip was great. All other things was wonderful. Bender was great to work with and VRMO was all great.
